See now this makes more sense. Bob could have just run out of money for Dan's court costs, which just keep increasing. Not a shot Daniel is paying for any of these court costs

I was in court. Here is what happened:

He pled guilty to attempted assault.

He has to serve 12 mo probation, pay a fine, do community service and anger management. He was very calm and well mannered during the meeting.

However, it does seem like peak retard to plead guilty at an arraignment. Daniel gets what he deserves.

We call them Lolcows, but maybe we should call them Greased Lolpigs, since they never face real consequences for assaulting people.

When Daniel breaks the terms of his probation, it's going to be the greatest thing that's ever happened to him. Much like Chris, he's going to bitch about lack of Internet access but Daniel will finally have secure housing, three meals a day, and tax-payer funded healthcare. Maybe even the state of Colorado will allow him to attend college courses.

I wonder if there's actually any form of therapy he could get when he's locked up that could come even close to stopping his delusions? Also his blatant antisocial disregard for other people isn't something that will go away easily either.

Let's not forget he beat the fuck out of Bob twice (the only person in the world asides from maybe ox) who gives a shit about him, he has zero social ability and is willing to become abusive if anyone doesn't give him exactly what he wants.

Now that he is under probation, I do not think he will be bonded out. Next incident that involves an arrest will almost certainly be jail time. This article is relevant, but keep in mind Daniel, like an idiot, plead guilty, so he not go to trial again.

I am not familiar with the Colorado justice system, but probation essentially means supervised release. He has been sentenced, so my interpretation of the law is that any punishment after a further arrest will be at the full discretion of his probation officer. And I expect him to be arrested this month, he will not make it a year without getting in trouble with the law. But it will be a week to a month jail stay, don't expect months long jail stays because those are usually reserved for felony violations of probation.

Realistically, being a homeless bum, he will not even last a single week this harsh winter, that is my prediction, he is going to be found, most likely, in someone's garage or a public bathroom, and I don't know about the American system, but I honestly do not believe that they will take kindly to multiple trespasses just after conviction.

I bet at this point he will be arrested sooner than later. It’s cold af, it’s gonna continue to be cold af, 37°F(snow not so much, so far) and he will need a place to stay. Unless he bunks up in a tent with a few others it’s not gonna be fun. But there’s PLENTY of compounds he could go to at least. One even had a casting couch and a whole pallet bar.

If he gets trespassed or makes a scene I bet he will be in cuffs quick. Especially if it’s in boulder. (Which counties is he in trouble with besides boulder?)

I think he wouldn’t last long. He would either run his mouth, livestream it and get hit or go full tard rage. We would prob get a bum fight within a week or two. I doubt homeless people who have been doing this for a while will tolerate him for long. There are some that are good people then some that are bad people. The biggest thing: there are some that are def just as fucked up as Daniel

Fully agreed. I do not hate a warm fall.
It has not been very cold but 3-4 nights. Warming shelters exist always on cold nights at least. He should be okay unless he FAFO.

I’ve seen people get thrown to the ground and in handcuffs for less. Blows my mind. But makes me wonder if they really just don’t want to deal with him in any capacity. I wouldn’t.
 
I wouldn't be surprised if we got another porch incident lol. He doesn't understand how private property works no matter how much he gets in trouble for it. He thinks he's too famous for a homeless shelter, anyways.

My belief is that Daniel probably could've probably had his case dropped, he's just so fucking lazy that he didn't want to go to court a second time and pleads guilty and received the most severe sentence.



Totally deserves to get probation, and if he violates it, the 120 days of jail will probably clear his head. Unlikely his probation officer will revoke probation and enact all 120 days, but it will be interesting to see a post-jail Daniel. I think he's gonna be a lot more interesting if and when he gets out of jail.

Also, the Honorable Zachary Malkinson may be a Larsonian, after he states "he is familiar with the facts of this case". I wonder if he is familiar with the facts of the Danderson.
