The ones I saw basically had an aide with them throughout the entire day, practically telling them the answers to the questions, sometimes "interpreting" their gibberish and straight up doing the work for them. It's pretty common practice in every school to take all the retards and push them through the system and out the door as fast as possible to make room for actual students. And even then getting a high school diploma today is like getting an award for bare minimum effort. You don't even need to pass all of your classes just a few and they will say 'good enough' come graduation.
