Always the possibility that it's yet another catch and release. No bond, then being removed from the booking list less than 24 hours later makes me think it is given he's been in and out 6 times already this year. Though hopefully he's being transfered and his shit's finally caught up to him and he gets a federal charge for threatening the 3 letter glowniggers and president. Since they'll probably never get him on CP unless they find something on the several phones they've confiscated from him, this'll probably be the closest we get to him actually facing the consequences he deserves. Because this dine and dash arc has been boring as fuck besides the April 6th meltdown, hope he doesn't keep Sweet-T waiting too long.

The other inmates particularly your cellmates will normally ask you to shower, if you don't they will either beat your ass or make you PC out. If they find out who he is with his pedo accusations they might make him PC out on that. Normally in county jail it's not so bad for pedos as prison but they still ain't gonna wanna sit in a cell 23 hours a day with some stinky nasty fucker in the land of delusions. If he gets his ass beat for anything in county jail it would probably be for being a nasty motherfucker. Plus most jails ask you to shower when you change out of street clothes into the orange jumpsuit. Really depends on the guard iff they are gonna be a pain in the ass about it or not. But with CO's lax attitude on holding people in jai, he will probably be released in a couple of days. If he was here in the south east dude would spend a couple months don't matter if your bond is $50 bucks if you don't got no one to post it and you don't have it on you, you'll do the time. One time I was in county and this young kid had a $35 bond and nobody would come get him, since he was a decent kid and on piss ant charges, a couple of us inmates paid it for him. Being a decent human is really all you got in jail/prison and it will make your time a lot better

No DA is going to charge a mentally handicapped unreliable witness for CP based on his statements alone. It doesn't matter how much the sperg types " I like CP" on the internet. They would want actual evidence of CP.

It is interesting that he got popped by plain clothes Sheriff's. Did he no show a court hearing and get a bench warrant dropped on his ass?

I’d assume if anyone had cp on a phone in their possession they would 100% get charged

I still think he’s being transferred and we won’t know for a bit.

Yea lol, I'd love to be a fly on the wall for that. I mean prisons are full of mentally ill people so it's not that uncommon but Larson is way the fuck out there compared to even most mentally ill people. Once someone figures out how gullible he is it'll be over for Larson, he will get fucked with 247 because prisoners are bored asf and anything to do for entertainment is better than nothing.

Generally anything involving CSAM is (at least federally) no SOL, although it's rarely even a relevant issue because almost all prosecutions are based on actually being in possession at the time of the search that turned it up. Much like other contraband statutes (like drugs), the evidence is almost always the actual contraband itself.

The Miranda rule generally only kicks in when you're in custody or otherwise unable to leave. This is why the proper response to any police questions is simply to ask "am I in custody" or "may I leave?" And then if the answer is yes, that's exactly what you do. If not, then Miranda kicks in. If you are being interrogated and do not have the right to leave, you have been effectively arrested, whatever the pigs call it.

And at THAT point, you definitely shut the fuck up.

Anything you say while not in custody can be used against you whether or not you've been Mirandized.

Also don't expect that Miranda shit to be here forever. With SCOTUS in its current composition, it could easily be demolished in a single case.
