He's been making threats against the feds for months, if they thought he was a serious threat they would've bagged him a long time ago. Although there's a possibility he spergged hard enough that the feds felt like they needed to take action.

Yea if he was busted by the feds I believe he would have been taken to a federal prison not a county jail. I really don't believe he was busted for anything more serious then missing court or trespassing. Where I'm at missing court can hem you up with a few months, I got 4 months for missing a 15 year old court case I didn't even know about. I assume CO would just let him out the next day like they always do since half our jails are full of homeless people on $100 or less bonds

Yea Jail is a lot safer then prison, cuz to be in jail with a sentence you normally gotta have 90 days or less. Jail is more a holding place until you are sentenced which can take a few years depending on how serious the charges are.

I agree. I think Feds take into account his large audience, much of which are volatile zoomers. They can't let someone with tens (hundreds?) of thousands of viewers repeatedly shout about bombing the White House on live streams like that, regardless of who they are.

The Feds don't typically send plain clothes local Sheriff's to pick up the crazy spergs making internet threats against the White House, etc. They like to pick those sorts up themselves.

Probably not.

If the feds are looking at him, he might be going away for at least a year. The question is, what the hell does anyone gain from him being locked up? There's an exception to the Thirteenth Amendment saying prisoners can be used for slave labor. But Daniel doesn't seem like the kind of guy who could be put to any menial task without having a schizo freak out and getting himself thrown in the hole. There's a reason why our streets are basically an open-air insane asylum and that's because there are too many good-for-nothing bums that would be too much of a drain to help.

The only reason why I think he'd be an asset to any fed is because he's easily manipulated. I can imagine them grooming him into infiltrating some fringe group and doing some whacko shit that would bring a RICO charge on everyone around him. Other than that, it seems like a waste of everyone's time and resources to keep him locked up.

I was about to post a long rant about how Daniel is too mentally incompetent for anyone to have seriously assessed him as a credible threat. But its clown world '24 so who fucking knows, I can't make that argument and then draw from it into any kind of prediction. The man needs serious mental health treatment, but perhaps the only path forward for him is a period of penal incarceration. Perhaps the old lolcow teflon puts on a show and this is ends very boringly with no change in Daniel's circumstances.

If he was picked up by feds he'd be at the federal detention center. I asked someone who would know. 2 people in fact. One thats been arrested by feds and another that works in law in some capacity or other.

The person I know who arrested by the feds was taken to a fed lock up a county away when they got picked up. Never did they enter a state facility until being transferred pending release.

It shouldn't be hard to look up where he is being held and for what. Does anyone know his d.o.b.?
