sure but when the feds got to your uncle, did they find out he was a complete moron, or did he seem intelligent enough to follow through, nevermind whether or not he's actually interested in doing it. I'm speculating that these alphabet glowies get a wrist slap for cuffing idiots who pose no actual threat, wasting their departments funds and time.

I've been aware of him since 2022 but I never really kept up with this thread because he's genuinely a really tragic person. No parents that genuinely love him, he's unmedicated while genuinely trying to find a reason to live, and he's genuinely a vagrant. I hope he gets the help he needs and whoever tried to fuck him over, get what comes to them.

They use the same name but being incompetent to stand trial is an entirely different thing than pleading insanity. For instance, the kidnapper of Elizabeth Smart was held incompetent to stand trial (despite obviously faking it) and kept up that sham for years until the Utah authorities were finally embarrassed into knocking it off and just taking him to trial.

He also pled insanity, but to no avail for obvious reasons.

Yea, they tightened up those "insane by insanity" defenses in the early 80s, they were quite common especially in mid-century.

Used to be a husband could call the cops on his wife and get her locked up for a while in a psych facility without any hard evidence. Today, long term psych care is rare unless you're elderly dementia, replaced by either short term psych wards or jail/prison.

bruhs the law doesn't specify you have to be smart enough to do something to be guilty of threatening to do it.

dude you don't even have to be smart enough to do it. I'm speculating that it's not worth the time and effort (as evidenced by the frequency of literal assault perpetrators being put back on the street same day with no sticking charges to ease legal congestion in big cities) but given how things are clattering out, it might be.

I am surprised no one mention this. This has to due with Federal cases especially.

His public defender will wave his right to the constitutional for the right to speedy trial. This is too much for a lawyer with the number of counts, especially a public defender to get a Federal case prepared, order multiple physiological evolutions, pump him full of drugs for his schizophrenia, etc. The fed system moves slow. He will likely be able to have a bond but it will be extremely high. Unless if he has some very rich buddy or family. It’s not happening. He will likely sit in jail for 1 to 2 years waiting for his trial to even began.


Likely a plea deal will be put forward. The judge will give him time served with probation and some serious conditions on him proving he is under the supervision of medical professionals. Yes, if someone is this bad, a Judge legally can force you to take medicine.

If anyone expect any lols or “milk” any time soon, just move on. Expect this thread to be very inactive soon.

I will admit I watched this strange train crash but he needs to get better. Living with schizophrenia and homelessness is no way to live. Also people fucking with him in horrible ways to aggravate his mental illnesses. Life will never be good for him. It’s just the nature of his metal health but I hope there is an ok life after all this is over for him. Rate me however you see fit.

There are plenty other cows to laugh at and are deserving.
