But birdnigger is involuntarily hospitalized in lieu of prison while getting his goofyass stuffed with syringefulls of thorazine/latuda so that he can eventually be tried on pretty serious felonies, (the process is quite the waiting game) as he's too crazy to even be tried at the moment, and worse still, he is lined up for a sentencing guideline that he will be kept off the internet for the duration of whatever probationary period that he inevitably will be released on; it's not gonna happen in several or a few years. And even when he is released, he's not going to be back like before :(

After being approached numerous times by actual feds who then threatened, cajoled and even pleaded with him to stop, Daniel still did what he did best. He shit the plot-armor bed irreparably, in a manner that only a retard could do. Very impressive.

Couldnt he get like 40 years of prison for threatening to bomb the white house? Also I do agree with you Daniel abused of the plot armor way too many times, actually more times that i expected. For a heavily autistic, schizophrenic and a pedo individual it took a long time for the the government to take note of him which says a lot about the United States health system, and even more taking into consideration that he was a (semi) public figure with several accounts across different platforms throughout several years.

They could, but the hot goss on Daniel's charges is that it's been noticed that the specific episodes they are charging Daniel on have to do with threatening agent MacDougall most specifically. 40 would be nice wouldn't it? Its not gonna be that long though,

While judges can be given sentencing guidelines ("suggestions") to follow, sometimes (rarely) with actual mandatory minimums to issue in specific circumstances- the charges they are electing to prosecute Daniel on are the ones they think they have the best chances at getting slamdunk convictions on- like threatening a federal agent with explosives (lmao). To be honest, I would genuinely argue that its not really a US centric mental healthcare issue. The places on earth that are able to sweep people like this under the rug without people caring just don't exist anymore or they are places most people would consider shitholes. Scandinavian countries (considered by some to be the best for mental health care and reintegration, and by others a shithole on their own ) have the same issue, you cannot immediately throw smelly, obstinate retards into a asylum extra-legally because they're a nuisance, even if they're really betteroff there. Critically, he was pulling most of this shit during covid when government resources were focused elsewhere, like pretty much anything else happening then having to do with homelessness, it wasn't considered as important in the US or internationally. But I am a burger, so if I am wrong just shoot me.


My final observation is that, actual, real justice is a precious resource that is sparingly used by our state justice system until where they can justify to do so, which increasingly means that blatantly incompetent retards incoherently threatening to bomb things/government workers as a attention-seeking technique aren't afforded the same attention as actual competent human beings. Daniel is very much under the thumb of the state now with his case, in other words Daniel is effectively a ward of the DA (ie the state) so it's unlikely that he's going to be released scot-free when Daniel will need the district attorney to even sign off on it. This is my personal understanding of the case and where it stands.

This is actually a minor case. Sane people have done worse than Larson did here and been let off with probation. I think in a few weeks to months he'll be found "competent to stand trial," but is still obviously nuts by any normal human's definition. They'll offer a plea deal but it will involve some degree of supervision and if the U.S. Attorney (not a DA by title) isn't a complete pig, won't involve just dumping him back on the streets.

Unlike many cows on the site where people say "why isn't he just in a group home," Larson may indeed be a candidate for something of the sort.

He'll probably fuck it up and end up on the streets again even if they do make a try, but whatever.

Holy shit Daniel really stills thinks he is going to marry Grace. He's in federal prison and still believes this shit. Also according to Daniel he's been in in the segregated housing unit on lockdown 22 hours a day for the past 3 months.
