The government presented it. I think it's probably just something issued by Hanson or this John Lynn guy to certify that Hanson's report found him competent, given that those items are all dated to Dec. 22.
It's also interesting that the govt. entered a report by Dr. Mills, who must be the Mark Mills from the witness list. This makes me think that one of the subpoenas requested by the defense concerned Mills.

Edit: Continued to the 3rd of February. Bob will fucking pay for this.

I boned a Stacy that looked identical to this in college. Psych major.
I also crushed on a couple different Stacys that ended up psych majors.

Lessons: Psych chicks are 1000% more fucked up than anyone they study or treat.

Let's just say in the 1 in 1000 chance he gets his charges dropped and he's allowed to roam the streets free how long until he's back in prison? Before the lockup he was committing small crimes pretty much daily until his arrest when he was homeless.

There's also a small chance a "manager" is batshit insane enough to try to track him down and own him like Josh block or chris chan are owned by a "manager", but Daniel is probably way too combative and paranoid for that to work. I don't think Daniel is actually capable of staying in one dwelling for longer than a few weeks before he's kicked out for his own actions.

Jared Westbroek has been Dan's PD for the entire prison saga, and in my lay opinion he's gone above and beyond for Mr. President so far. Did he want to stop representing Dan, or did Dan sperg out in court and ask for another lawyer because Westbroek didn't subpoena Grace to force her to admit she always loved him under penalty of perjury?

And another interesting thing: According to LarsonLeak, the Greg Suarez listed on the witness list is Greg Suarez, CEO of Golden Fiduciary Services. LarsonLeak claims that he/Golden Fiduciary is the trustee of Nancy Shimer's (Dan's grandma's) trust. There used to be a rumor going around that Bob had access to this trust, which he would tap to pay for Dan-related expenses.

Golden Fiduciary specializes in "the full-service management of Special Needs Trusts for individuals with disabilities". If there's any money left, it would definitely strengthen Dan's case for release.

Mental health treatment/psychiatric confinement usually does not count towards time served. You can be held in a mental health facility for as long as the legal system deems fit and still have to serve your full sentence once you get out of it.

I’m no lawyer, but I’d imagine any plea deal they’d cut for him would involve restitution for all the resources that got wasted responding to his bomb threats. You could garnish the tips he gets from his videos for the rest of his life and not even recover 1% of the costs.

It sounds like they’re speeding shit along so they can get him slaving away on whatever prison labor the feds make their inmates do.

Not only that, the docket says there are further hearings tomorrow with more cross examination. Whatever else is going on, they're still arguing competency.

Sooner or later they have to throw in the towel on trying to prosecute him, he might get dumped in another nuthouse but will likely return to his life as a crazy homeless person eventually.

Yeah, and I'm pretty sure tomorrow's hearing will end in a continuance as well. They got through exactly one witness last time, and have 8 more lined up.

If you add up the planned times for each there's still about 10 hours of pure questioning left, plus all the procedural stuff, plus time for the judge to actually make a decision.
