Appears to be the case. Oddly enough this seems to have been the first of his trips out he didn't bother streaming, but in a twist of fate other "First Amendment Auditors" were on the scene taking pictures and videos of the incident and caught him on the ground in the same shirt he left the house in. It is worth noting that during his last stream, he was extremely combative with other streamers and screaming about his fame, so he was already in an extremely confrontational mood before leaving the house and leads me to believe he picked an argument with the wrong people this time.

In his last stream you can hear the gunshots at 5:07:24



"Initial reports from the scene suggest the violence erupted after a male brandished a firearm at a group, leading to an exchange of gunfire.", which leads me to believe Danny, as he's wont to do, started an argument with people he didn't know and went to whip his phone out and start livestreaming it like he did at the bar a few months back, and they thought he was going for a gun and got him first.

His sister DeeDee confirms his shooting/death later, and was seen on his last stream crying and ending the broadcast

I fully expected him to be beaten up definitely, but that his first proper comeuppance was outright death caught me off guard. I'm sure that incident between beating up the Mexicans at the self-storage and the night where he screamed in the bikers face at the bar he convinced himself he was pretty much untouchable.

You have a point. Truth be told anyone going to a gas station and liquor stores late at night is usually shady as hell. Trust me! I live next to a couple of them and let's say you'd better believe the freaks come out at night.

I mean, the guy who shot him should get off even if he knew it was a phone just because that's what everyone who live streams and bothers people intentionally for engagement deserves.

I swear to god some people have the complete delusion of invulrability, I don't think these retards understand that a decent amount of 'controntation' youtubers meticulously scout their targets and that's if they aren't simply getting actors to stage something. Starting shit with the first person you see has an exceptionally high chance of life changing injury.

As he's bleeding out he's probably thinking "I don't get it, this doesn't happen to other streamers". Because other streamers don't walk into a rough part of town, go straight up to angry looking men who instinctively hit fight or flight mode when a crazy retard is confronting them and then deliberately escalate.

Something that had been an issue with him for as long as I was following him was most of his victims immediately forgiving him and handing him money after he attacked them. His sister, who pops up in this thread as both a troll and an ally, had made several efforts to get him out of legal trouble until he got into a conflict with "Funkybeans" who she couldn't sway. His actual level of mental retardation is up for debate (he magically loses considerable verbal abilities when he's in trouble and begins babbling like a small child when it's time for consequences), but a thread of consistency with most of his interactions was that he was allowed to do and say whatever he wanted, to anyone he wanted, and very rarely suffered for it. Including bus drivers and people in bars.

Though I never put much stock into the whole "he's mentally 8" thing his sister had claimed in the past to defend him, I really couldn't fathom he would actually believe he could do this shit irl to people and never catch trouble for it. I guess, until today.
