That's Arturo Sanchez. He's pretty engrained in the FGC and has been accused to funneling money from tournaments he's helped organized. He and Phil would know eachother, but I don't think that's who he was talking about, and have no idea why he tagged him. Probably hoping Art shits on him or something?

Edit: Oh wait, it MIGHT be him since when the accusations were coming out about Art stealing money, Phil went to bat for him and, of course, compared it to how people hate him for "absolutely no reason." It is possible that it was him.

Personally, I would love to see Phil interview someone. Especially someone who isn't a video game streamer. He can barely answer a yes/no question without bloviating for fifteen minutes about the detractors, I am very much interested to see how he would handle asking someone else questions.
