Ludwig and An1337 followed Perry Caravello, and Ludwig made an account here to post his "contributions" and videos in the thread. The thread had some shit show moments where Tom B (Perry's sleazy and creepy manager), Tom B's goons like some old bitch named Charlotte, "fans" (note: trolls), and contributors like Ludwig got into autistic spats with each other in the thread. Ludwig a-logged over Perry a bit when he wasn't being an unfunny, a-log faggot over Phil, and he would act up when you said his DSP/PCL content sucked or called him out for fucking with Perry. Apparently, Ludwig and An dropped Perry and Tom when Tom was being a dick to them, and he went back to being a dentractor a-log like Soma. I remember the bickering in the Perry thread got so bad another thread was made for those faggots to act up over there, so the thread could back to being about Perry.

The biggest red flag was when Ludwig vehemently defended the rapist faggot who forced himself onto Perry Caravello. I don't really get it if people find that story funny, but that's merely differences in humor. Trying to portray it as anything other than sadistic homoerotic dogpiling is mendacious deceit. Reminds me of the creepy jocks who gangraped their weaker peer in the Catcher in the Rye, or the men who gangraped the woman in I Spit On Your Grave. You have to suffer a serious mental malfunction to say Perry wanted to be raped by that queer and mean it.

Nothing about Ludwig strikes me as particularly intelligent anyways. He's a big fish in a small pond in terms of his editing skills (Secret Limited still blows him out of the water), but does that really matter when his edits are always predicated upon you knowing and caring about someone else? The best leech is still a leech.

The Perry videos were right around the time I dropped off from his content. He was the only one making videos about DSP playing SF Third Strike like a retard, and the videos were actually well edited. Then there were just a shit ton of Perry videos that were largely unfunny. I stopped watching him completely after that.

Honestly, what's even the point of watching most restreamers? Phil's streams are boring enough without them. Why would I watch them with other people? These days I just watch Poem Future's clips on X/Twitter. They're less than 30 seconds and tell me everything I need to know. Watching 18 hour TIHYDPs and restreams is just too much.
 
I was in desperate need for background noise during work so I turned on a detractor beam stream with ALT from a few days ago, and my god I don't know how Ingrid somehow got WORSE

This bitch must have a phobia to silence because she feels the need to fill every second of dead air in between the other guy speaking with sound. And that's all it is too. SOUND! She grunts, she goes uggh, she sighs, she does basically everything but fucking snort.

And when she's actually saying words it's much worse, the former is even preferred if given no other choices. She has absolutely nothing original to add whatsoever. She cannot articulate herself well in the slightest, and most of the time can't even finish a thought. She'll get snood to pause the video so she can make some retarded point and just trail off into some of her above grunts and groans. And it's like, THANKS FOR FUCKING PAUSING THE VIDEO TO SAY THAT, REALLY ADDED TO THE DISCUSSION. AND YEAH NIGGA IM MAD, IM WEARING A TOP HAT WHILE IM TYPING, THIS BITCH FUCKING SUCKSSSSSSSSSSSSS.

i really can't watch any detractor streams anymore. even the ones i used to watch have gotten way worse and probably need to step away for a while. PoP gets way too angry, an1337 has an annoying audience who spam tts and notification noises while he constantly talks about random shit over phil, meerkat pauses a much as phil doing a react... etc. all i can stand these days are the 1 - 2 minute clips people post on twitter

that didn't really bother me tbh, since i tend to put detractor content on as background noise while I'm doing shit like painting warhammer models. so its the audio shit that really bugs me.

I've never understood those who dedicate their entire evenings to watching Phil. Those who literally dedicate their freetime to watching him/following his existance. I'm not talking about detractors per se, I'm talking about the likes of Doody, ChillMurray, ect. Phil is the most boring man alive. He's stuck in his own sordid shithole; a bubble he will never escape.

Like imagine being a 40-something year old man, getting home from work and instead of spending time with your family you sit there making videos on DarkSydePhil. Imagine sitting through all those monotonous segments on his podcast for a nugget of entertainment. I mean, when something does happen it saves us time as they'll immediately clip it. But it can't be a good way of living.

some people play golf, some people play vidya, others build models, and some hate watch phil. its just a hobby as long as they're not being exceptionally retarded i don't see a problem with it. i think for doody, its as much of a job as its phil's job. all his shit is monetized and apparently he makes a decent chunk of change from it.
