Kino Casino will change their stance on a whim to suit their needs. It's almost so blatant that it's part of the appeal. PPP says things he doesn't necessarily think to generate content, target detractors (in the general sense, not specifically Phil's detractors), and pander to people he's greasing up such as Phil or Maddox. It's mainly PPP orchestrating it, while Warski's too dim to notice that they're arguing both sides of a topic in different contexts.

As much as I think it's a shame detractors have become so maligned despite the fact that most people that follow Phil aren't fucking with him or are fucked in the head, I'm really sick of all the trannies and greedy bastards that call for Phil to be banned for "muh reeeeecism" and also want Phil to continue onwards forever because it makes them money.

Someone here once said "what even is a detractor anymore?" and when I see all of the LGBT flags in their names I always wonder the same thing. It's ruined the enjoyment of it all for me. I refuse to talk to queers or HRT demons.

I think the whole Jasper thing is going to continue because it is the last dark shadow that Phil casts. Just to list of a bit of the Jasper lore -

- He is declawed which is a rare and horrible practice that is somehow still not outlawed. Phil claims that Jasper was declawed when they got him at the shelter but that would mean that not only was there a declawed cat without a home (very rare) but also that it just so happens to be the cat Phil selected out of all the cats available.
-Phil has stated multiple times that he locks Jasper in a room whenever workmen or Doordash are coming to the door so that he doesn't escape. When Phil was waiting for the broken exercise bike to be picked up he claims he had Jasper locked up all day.
-Phil also locks Jasper in the bedroom at night in an attempt to get him to sleep the same hours that he does.
-The Burnells left spilt poison on the floor, Phil said it's alright though because Jasper wouldn't like the taste. Additionally, Phil has suggested that him and Kat need to wear slippers around the house because of random shrapnel laying around that they have stepped on before.
-Phil sprays Jasper often when he gets annoyed at him being playful which is known to be a horrible way to train a cat, especcially if you consistantly do it for absolutely no reason.
-Phil often shoves Jasper away on stream because he is distracting him from his Pre-Streaming. He got particularily annoyed when he got scratched by Jaspers back claws as he attempted to climb Phil's gaymer chair (because Jasper has no front claws with which to pull himself up with).
-You may assume it was Kat that wanted the cat and that she looks after him. It's sadly revealed to not be the case. When she returned to the Ahffice to sit next to Phil and talk to the dents there was a point in the stream when Jasper came in. Jasper jumps up near Kat and she leans away and asks Phil to take Jasper away from her, as if she can't stand being touched by the cat, which does make one ask why they got a cat in the first place when neither of them like animals.
- And as is made obvious by the above Jasper is not allowed outside (Phil claims it's because he won't be able to defend himself without his claws (almost like it's a cruel thing to take their claws away eh Phil?) and so must remain in the Snort Fort). If he was an outside cat then he could at least entertain himself, but instead he is trapped inside all day with two people that don't want him around.

I may have forgotten something but those are the points that could be raised about what is the darkest aspect of Phil's life. If any other lolcow did those things to their cat then it would probably be a big deal and generate a lot of outrage.

Sadly however, the detractors that have reach are all autistic trannie retards who make 8 hour long videos and make bank while doing so, and therefore they can't get the point across and everyone thinks they are lobotimized dickless fucks who cry because they heard Phil say "ALRIGHT BOYS TAKE HER OFF TO THE SLAVE TRADE". 🏳️‍⚧️Noooo Phil that's racism, I'm literally seething at the nigger hate reeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee🏳️‍⚧️

jasper seems to like Phil well enough, though. The only noticeable behavior I see from Jasper is he wants to play a lot, and the fat lazy owners don't want to. Locking him bedrooms is messed up, and probably encourages that behavior too. Kat and Phil probably aren't the best cat owners, but I doubt they're purposely abusive.

I think people don't care about the jasper stuff because he really doesn't know any better. I mean everything you listed is common knowledge to people who own cats and who don't, but he seriously is just dumb.

I've never heard anyone locking a cat inside a room with them while they sleep with no litterbox because they're afraid it might knock something over. It's fucking strange but it's 2 people owning it who have a combined IQ of 95. My personal take is he seems to really like the cat a lot and he honestly believes that he's acting out of intelligent love and care. It would be different if he didn't like the cat, it doesn't strike me as neglect or abuse just idiocy.

The reason why DSP gets to much shit for that it's because he's been moral fagging about racism, drama, being above all of it, being the bigger and better person than literally everyone else who is more successful than him, being all about positive and good feelings, producing meaningful and robust content, etc. since about 2018.

Suprcrzy was interviewed by Josh Pescatore, a former Keemstar & ItsaGundam producer. Here's a summary of some of the highlights:
  • Pescatore talks about how all proceeds this stream are going to charity. He erroneously describes Suprcrzy's fund as a "legal defense fund," so Suprcrzy clarifies he's the one pursuing Phil.
  • Suprcrzy still insists that Phil is personally targeting him with this copyright claim.
  • Recaps the situation for Pescatore. Insinuates they'll confirm details "in discovery."
  • Alleges that the SuperHound who is filing DMCA claims is the DSP viewer bentboxer "because he does this kind of shit, but I [have] no way to prove it."
  • Suprcrzy has already talked to at least two attorneys in 2023 and 2024 about this potential lawsuit.
  • Suprcrzy wants two things: Phil coming on stream to announce he's been served a subpoena (preferably with video recording of Phil being served) and for the lawsuit to reach discovery in order to prove whether Phil has filed copyright or DMCA claims against Tevin.
  • Google will be subpoenaed and named in the lawsuit as well. Even Superhound might be pursued by Suprcrzy.
  • Pescatore mentions his own federal lawsuit has been taking 17+ years to see litigated. Presses Suprcrzy on whether the lawsuit is ideologically driven or driven by damages. Suprcrzy admits it's "layered" and wants people to "read between the lines" of why he's doing this.
  • Pescatore once again presses Suprcrzy, this time on how a judge would respond to this lawsuit. Says the judge would want to see monetary damages, and for it to be settled rather than go through the process and fizzle out partway because one or both parties lost the desire or means to litigate. Suprcrzy says he can go into Youtube Studio, show how he was already earning money, it was growing, show "he hits me with [the copyright strike]," and demonstrate it affected his earnings.
  • They rebuke Phil's claim that a copyright claim can't get someone demonetized. "Anything can get someone [demonetized]!"
  • An infograph showing the legal process is brought up. They get to serving subpoenas and Suprcrzy states that if he gets the video of DSP being served then "you'd better believe it's going up on my channel."
  • Suprcrzy says it's "fuck around and find out" time. He can attempt to exploit the process to dig up dirt on Phil and drag his name through the mud, but they can do the same to him.
  • Says he'll drop this, but first Phil has to "admit three things" in a livestream with Suprcrzy:
    • WWE Champions
    • He's been feigning distress for years
    • Bankruptcy fraud
    • He struck the Suprcrzy video on purpose (yes, he listed four things)
  • Brings up the "How I Became a Detractor" video, refers to the Apex Legends speech impediment guy "eqe_Guntadash" as a "kid" despite all signs pointing towards him being an adult. Incessantly call him a "disabled kid" and gets mad that they're laughing while he's talking.
  • They bring up Keemstar's similar lawsuits and their costs. The first was $135k over 20 months which ended in settlement where they paid for Keem's court costs. Pescatore is worried this might happen to Suprcrzy. Because Suprcrzy feels like he's getting bullied, he's insisting on pursuing the lawsuit.
  • Suprcrzy explicitly says "I have slandered him." Claims it's for "just cause" because Phil never has consequences.
  • He hasn't looked into the statute of limitations yet.
  • No idea why, but Suprcrzy keeps offering to go on Phil's stream and laying ground rules for what that'd look like.
That was the whole portion involving Suprcrzy, which was about 50 minutes.
