You might find that amusing in of itself but to me it's the equivalent of a playground game where your opponent claims he has an "everything proof shield" that blocks all of your attacks; it's just annoying.
It's similar to how gacha games work and why they attract so many autists: because they like crunching data. At the core there's the waifus/Hogans (lies), with a shitty gameplay loop (streams). To get "good" at the game you either a) spend insane amounts of time collecting and grinding characters/equipment (keeping track of the lies) or b) dumping boatloads of money into microtransactions (dentracting like ICS/Stalkingtiger). After doing either you then play the next level (stream) and - depending on your stats - win (watch him cope/crashout), or get your ass kicked (silently LIMBed/failtroll). Rinse and repeat. Most people aren't paypigs (whales), so people end up researching the most optimal builds (reactions) which requires going through truckloads of character/item/game data (lies).

I can’t begin to describe how little I care about what Phil does with his archives but I will say that whoever was talking publicly about reporting him is a huge fag. 1) Why give Phil something to whine about? 2) Just do whatever you’re going to do. Don’t make it a public production.
It's mostly because Phil claims not to be racist and to have never done anything racist so people will point out when he is to either virtue signal or to annoy him. We do have to remember that the Kiwi detractors are the minority and while most of us don't care about racism the majority are put off by it.
It's the Inside Japan podcast, I sometimes put it on as background noise in the car. I recommend it if you're into that stuff, especially since it's one of the few non-weeaboo Japan shows out there.
