I discovered Phil through Jim 2 years ago now. Ardnas was one of the first "detractors" I started following after that. Like 2 weeks after discovering Ardnas, all that monetization drama with SoK started. I remember thinking to myself "what spergery is this?" Who cares if someone you don't know makes a few bucks off minimally edited dsp re-uploads? Fuck whatever stupid moral highground you think you're losing by someone else on YouTube monetizing their dsp content. If anything, the possibility of Phil getting annoyed off other people making money off him is a good thing far as I'm concerned. To this day Ardnas (aka Snort Burnell) makes some of the funniest detractor content out there. She should put ads on her videos just to spite SoK.

I know for a fact that she had ads on her videos because I sat through them. However, what is not known is whether the ads were enabled or if she had some content id matches. I'm guessing the latter.

Im not really convinced because my point still stands, if you dig through anyone's dirty laundry you will eventually shit stain or two. Power does corrupt and that a what happened safely, but that doesn't take away the amazing things that Fred and the SoK have done, the funny content, making Phil miserable, endless laughter. This can all be solved by an apology. He'll, look at Joss She's in, he directed the best super hero movie ever made (the avengers), and he cheated on his wife a few times, it doesn't take away from his success. We are all only human and the SoK arent that bad.

again, I call bullshit but whatever. Suddenly after I state he needs more info and to talk to @SirJamesDTech for a 2nd opinion HMG tweets out this shit and deletes his twitter.

Reminder: You can close your twitter and you have 30 DAYS to recover it, im under the belief he did this to try to make this seem more "real" and will immediately reactivate it after he "makes a fool outta me".

Let's assume that is HMG...how would he know to contact this newly-created account? And I do not understand why HMG would contact Moogle regarding getting himself banned from their server. Several other aspects cause me to raise an eyebrow, however I will keep an open mind just in case this person is by some chance legitimate.
If this was an attempt to either plant a poisoned pill or set up some sort of trap, it was such a clumsily incompetent effort that it has Fred's fingerprints all over it.

well im talking to Moogle and it seems HMG is still on the GSoK and nothing seems amiss in the SoK Camp. I personally tthink its HMG as the venom666 account is his for sure but noone knows who this rogerwilco guy is. This is all too easily planted. It comes off as massive bait to discredit the SoK thread so that Fred would go "OH LOOK KIWI IS WRONG TOLD U GUYS TO IGNORE IT". Again all speculation, who knows for sure.
