The one Aqua Teal used in their counterclaim? I have not looked at it, but you have people asking on the community section.

I want to post all results I got from Lumen's database where the sender of content removal requests is "DarksydePhil" (*), I believe this is a good thread to put it.

First, if you want to have a laugh at the DMCA system, specifically within the realm of Twitter:

Lumen's database gets voluntary submissions (for this, by Twitter), and should have personal info removed in all cases.

This is just to see how many takedowns are documented within and to archive it on Kiwifarms. It's a major pain to navigate through the platform, send archiving websites to it and making multiple requests, so here it's easier to access, at least for the current data.

(*) The parameter here is "sender_name=DarksydePhil" not "term=darksydephil" (which has more results); you also have additional output under other values like for example "DSPGaming", and not only as the sender.

Anyway, this "beatdrop" stuff today struck me as odd and got me to thinking aka activated my tism. I don't mean to disparage the incredible dox work here done by the previous poster (i would @ you but when i try the font keeps changing, sorry i suck at kf) , so take this as nothing more than an unreasonably autistic theo theory. And apologies @actually if this doesnt belong in this thread.


Phil comes back from break today at 2:21pm his time and is sitting at 10 dollars in tips. He accounces the 1mm tip at 2:22pm, which puts him at 35 dollars in tips. This 1mm tip is added before phil begins recording gameplay, as per usual. At 2:23pm, phil begins recording gameplay. At 2:25pm, "beatdrop" tips 40 dollars, which puts the tips total to 75 dollars. At 2:27pm, beatdrop tips 25 dollars, which puts phil to 100 dollars in tips, and says "see i was actually trying to hit your next tips goal, but i fucked up with the timing, so lets try that again"

As i mentioned, phil was sitting at 10 dollars pre 1mm, and 35 dollars after adding the 1mm tip. If beat drop tipped the 40 dollars when phil only had 10 dollars in tips, he would have hit the 50 dollar goal exactly. But obviously this didnt happen. Beatdrop tipped after phil added the 1mm tip, so this put phil well past the 50 dollar tips goal, which could still be considered "hitting the tips goal" btw. So beatdrop wanted to get phil to the 50 dollar goal exactly, but waited to tip for 4 minutes after phil got back from break, and 3 minutes after 1mm tipped, and 2 minutes after phil began recording gameplay. Beatdrop somehow didn't realize that this was too late to get phil exactly to the 50 dollar goal, so he has to mention this in his next tip, which was 2 minutes after his first tip. And then 3 minutes after this, at 2:30 pm, beatdrop tips 50 dollars, which puts phil at the 150 dollar goal, and says "fuck it, im feeling generous. I've been enjoying your retro streams lately. Keep doing what you do. The haters dont understand." After this he proceeds to say some cringe shit in chat for a few minutes, then dissapears. I'll try to include images of these messages.

So just to recap : beatdrop tips phil ($40) in an attempt to put phil at the 50 dollar goal, but "fucks up" and puts him well past it ($75) even though phil had already been sitting at 35 dollars for several minutes before this tip. -> beatdrop tips phil ($25) putting him at 100 dollars, and includes the message about fucking up the first tip -> beatdrop tips phil ($50) putting him at 150 dollars , and includes the message about loving the streams and how the haters dont understand.

A guy who has never been seen before, tips phil 115 dollars in 5 minutes across 3 tips, in the middle of phils final fantasy 7 stream, the day before phil's day off.

All of these tips get phil to his exact tips goal numbers, excluding the first tip, which should have, but beatdrop was too late on the tip even though he had been watching the stream to see phil come back from break, add the 1mm tip, begin recording gameplay, and then play the game for 2 minutes.

I know this is autistic as fuck, and i know its :optimistic: looking for logic in these dentheads, but this just seems too rehearsed and too typical for me to believe its some random guy, even though all of his information is right above this post. We know at this point that the caffeinated faggot or someone is getting into these old youtube accounts and buying memberships to phil. I think its possible that someone, probably you know who, is impersonating people and doing shit like this to mix it up from the usual emil's and chris b's. It would be very easy to find some retard who follows phil on twitter and has an online presecence of some sort, make a sock youtube account,change their name and profile picture to match this particular retard, etc etc.

I know this is much more farfetch'd and much gayer than "some retard just gave phil money" but idk . I welcome the puzzle pieces and trash cans.

In regards to having some mystery person show up out of nowhere, drop big money, then vanish in the wind - it's not uncommon with Phil. It certainly can't always be sock accounts even if it clearly sometimes is. There are people who think they are "reverse trolling" by giving him several hundred dollars to write messages of the usual "Stay mad haters. Phil wins. Trolls lose!" LonelyCoffee is the most serial offender but guys like this recent one are the one and done type who will probably never be seen again and secretly regret wasting their money.

The most common type of fan, if you want to call it that, is not so much a fan of dsp as they are crusading against the unjust bullying they perceive Phil to be a victim of after falling for the bullshit Phil says. Basically: "If you want to support my channel you can show all these assholes across the world who harass and bully innocent people like me, and like you were in high school, by tipping me and making them lose their minds!!!"
