Not that I'm aware of, there are plenty of scholarships/grants/loans since it's a public university but no free tuition. Based on a quick search of NYS' tuition assistance page it looks like most of the state scholarships are based on family income, not academic ability or special needs.

A youtube channel called "Science and Space" has uploaded a private Patreon react video from Phil. This account was created on Aug 31st, the same day the videos were uploaded. This person is apparently an "anonymous $50 patron"

During the react video, you can see Phil's recent youtube searches. He has one for "MrGoldenMut" (Phil spelled it wrong)

Mr.GoldenMut is a Madden youtuber who specializes in Madden Ultimate Team. This is where he gets the "mut" part of his name.

Madden Ultimate Team is a Gacha Card game mode inside of the base Madden game. Mr.GoldenMut has been making videos on this ongoing gacha game since 2015. He also happens to be a DSP fan.

Pre-copyright saga, he had Rich RTU on his podcast, and he had Keemstar too. You can correct me on this, but as far as I've heard, Steel Toe offered to pay DSP's mortgage if he talked to Keem on Steel Toe's Podcast. Low quality clout-chasing.

When the copyright saga started, he took a very strong stance in support of DSP, despite not having any of his facts straight and basically a month or two of knowledge of DSP.

Then, when Dave's channel wasn't deleted and he did his pity stream and got $600 (as everyone knew he would, just like he's done in the past), Steel Toe had a smug "I told you so" segment, where he was dissing the trolls, calling them idiots. He was stating that Phil "won" and that "you made him a victim". He was mocking and paraphrasing comments with a goofy voice a-la DSP.

It was a pretty dented segment.

He got quite some negative comments on that video, I watched that video on my stream too and commented basically the contents of this post so far. What grinds my gears is not the ignorance, since obviously the DSP shit is obscure internet lore that is very, very stupid; But the smug and arrogant way he was acting in this segment, despite not knowing shit. It's the exact same thing that annoys me about DSP.

So I called him out on Twitter, he responded with a weird strawman about something I never said. If we jump a little bit back in time (credit to Nigel), we find out that he was actually fired from his radio station for, well, hateful slurs.

So, Phil Jr. here proceeds to get flak for his video, changes the video name to flex on the trolls even harder.

I would bet on my life that The Guy is not on MUT, that game is even more predatory than Champions is. Even he would know to stay away from a game that forces you to get the newest Madden every single year to get new players and whatever updates EA releases to the mode. Oh and by the way your team doesn't carry over from game to game, so whatever you spent you might as well have just thrown right into the trash.

Another important thing to consider imo is that he sucks at videogames and he can't just win with a whaled out team in Ultimate Team the way can on WWE Champions. Someone with a decent team who is good at the game can still very easily win, whereas in WWE Champions it's all battles against the AI, even when doing PvP, and with a completely whaled out sweaty man he wins in one move.

Going through the initial filing:
* This is chapter 13 - it is much friendlier to creditors than chapter 7 (what DSP got) because it commits the debtor to a payment plan that creditors can veto, which is why he was able to apply for another chapter 13 just 2 and a half years after his last one.
* Based on the voluntary dismissal of the previous bankruptcy I suspect but cannot prove that Timbo either accrued so much additional debt, or was having so much difficulty with the old payment plan (remember from this post that the judge in his last Chapter 13 filing nearly rejected his plan because he was missing payments) that he is looking to discharge the extra debt he racked up post-Chapter 13, get a more favorable payment plan, or both.
* He paid $16,700 and change towards his previous chapter 13 bankruptcy before his attorney had it dismissed.
* He doxes himself for us - very considerate! He lives at 1301 Alice Dr. Apt. B Green Bay, WI 54304 - same address as before, but let's all remember what it looks like:



Now for his debts:
* Owes $2,000 on a $2,300 Chevy - great job Timothy, you're finally above water on your vehicle! Us Kiwis are proud of you!
* Owes just under $950 to the IRS for 2018-2019 taxes, about $90 of it in non priority (probably a euphemism for interest + fees) debt.
* "Primarily consumer debts", color me unsurprised.
* Has $26,202.19 in unsecured debt, mostly credit cards/loans/collection agencies but also a few utilities + doctors in there. The collection agencies' names will be familiar to anyone who followed CWC's debt saga. It may be possible match up account numbers and balances to figure out how much of this is debt that was going to be discharged by his previous chapter 13 begruptcy vs. how much he accrued since then but frankly I don't care enough to do that.

And his personal life
* Still single (don't act surprised, I won't believe you)
* Tells us what his job is - customer professional with American Family Connect (I think this is their website). Since the company name changed from his previous begruptcy but he says it is the same job, it looks like he was working for an insurance company that got acquired or rebranded.
* Makes about $43,600 / year, an increase of about $5,500 / year from his previous filing. Credit where it's due, he must be doing something right if he's getting a few thousand / year in raises. The only interesting thing is that he has payroll deductions for "legal services" and "theft protection" - legal or labor Kiwis, any idea what this means? Could he have paid his bankruptcy attorney through payroll deductions?
* $200 / month insurance premiums, not including vehicle insurance. This is very, very high especially for eastern Wisconsin.
* Pays $275 / month for phone + Internet. No idea how that's even possible.
* Has $800 / month left over after all taxes + necessities are taken care of.
