Note the number of Level 5"badges". You get a badge by collecting all the cards for a particular level. That can be up to 10 per level. You get like 3-5 from playing the game. That means he's (let's be honest, it's a dude) bought all the rest. Now, an individual card isn't all that much, usually (like 20 cents). But multiply that by dozens of games, and this is a person who has spent hundreds on digital badges that mean literally nothing. They don't get you any games or anything...it's just a digital gold star.
