It really is retarded, DSP bans open wallet fans for the tiniest of slights against his monumental ego without batting an eye. What impact is random 'ironic' glazer going to have? You could glaze him every day for a year and he wouldn't know who you are by the next stream.

This is just a sentient corpse at this point. Someone in his 40's shouldn't look like they are rotting away so early.

Funny enough, Dave himself said that he expects it to make it to 70. (Which imo, is not old enough to kick the bucket) At least he is aware that he's fucking dying sooner by being a shut in with no physical activity, and he seems like he doesn't care lol. So, let's keep that momentum going.

Phil's obsession with finding secrets and whatnot is really apparent with Donkey Kong. He's breaking literally everything in every room to get every single decimal point of Gold he possibly can.
It is unbelievably boring. Like he spend 20 minutes in the first three rooms of the game just punching walls while the game was still telling him how to punch walls. I cannot fathom playing a game like this being fun, let alone watching it happen.

Every month I feel like I say to myself "This is it; this might be the worst Phil playthrough" only for it to get worse.

Who the fuck is expecting a dsp gaming stream to be entertaining? in 2025? the only streams that hold some ground are his MP sessions; he rages like a manchild, cries even harder when he doesn't get any money, gets trolled and stream sniped.

His single player streams are the most dogshit, boring, e begging, retard catered content he produces. And it has been for more than a decade, there is no surprise here.

On the subject of Legal Mindset, dude should really look into a subject before speaking "matter of factly" on it. Phil has a case against maybe three or four of his detractors at best, I would of thought Legal Mindset would understand how fair use works considering how often he replays clips from other peoples streams. It's interesting how he claims Johnny Somali has no DMCA/copyright claims against him for using clips of his streams but Phil does for people like Snort Burnell, Snort Hogan, and Memeology? Doubt it dude. Dude needs to stick to helping foreigners in Thailand get marriage licenses and stop act liking he's more important than he is. It's fucking cringe worthy listening to him talk about how he's working with a team of people in South Korea that are WORKING DIRECTLY with the prosecution team to get Johnny Somali behind bars.

I was going through older DSP stuff about lolsuits and DSP truly believes anyone broadcasting his current livestream is breaking the rules and it's illegal period full stop and nothing you could possibly do could make it transformative or legal while people who make edited videos are fine as long as they aren't mean or "make up lies" or what DSP considers lies.

So basically every single detractor restream should be shut down and every detractor video cause they are all full of edited lies and out of context bullshit. It would be so easy for someone like Keem to feed him bullshit about how he is totally correct and should do this.

I think Phil does shit like this on purpose for games he wants to fail. Phil hates Nintendo, anti-Nintendo rants get a lot of attention recently with the price hike debacle, so he is tanking the playthrough so he can whine about it later.

I haven't been following things super closely this week, but would I be correct to say it's been pretty much business as usual at Burnell Enterprises since Phil's week off in regards to khantributions and viewership? I think I may have seen one missed goal on a night stream, but I've seen several whaled out morning streams that more than made up for that.
I know there were at least a handful of farmers that thought he might lose some whales/dolphins because his schedule autism was the only thing that keeps them around, but has there been any signs of that whatsoever?
It seems like he's had an above average week of income so far, and that there are no signs of any sort of long-term impact, because his dents were all waiting with open wallets for his return.
Again, I haven't been following that closely, so let me know if I'm off on this.
