Guys its taxes and his HOA; apologies this will be a long post
Taxes front—I will strike this first, so Phil is basically cut off from adding his current year's back taxes to his current back-dated amount. I am pretty sure he goes through as self-employed, but he only gets some benefits. However, there is an element that makes me not believe this as he has to submit an SPL (Statement of profit and loss). Which his accountant must do because it explains why he needs an accountant.
His accountant must be pissed at him because of a few things, he chucks Paypal receipts at him OR conceals that income and the accountant is asking for evidence other than a Youtube 1040. He is then trying to claim everything as expenses I have worked with niggas like this and his accountant is saying no, he can only claim up to $5000 btw. His accountant is saying to him that he needs to pay this in full and he is not having it.
If he needs to lump sum pay it minus expenses is looking at 14k minimum and they will put penalties on it too. If he fails to pay at the set date, they will line him up for an audit and the WA branch are pretty nasty they fucked Onision good. He did the same thing and claimed expenses on everything and they fined him everything for years. Remember too with his back-dated taxes interest is accrued too.
HOA
His HOA is asking for inspection and repairs now, he is due a few major repairs roof replacement, and pipe replacement. If they find considerable damage in the home they will sue Phil and seek to end the mortgage and they will claw back the meager amount he has paid. With Wahkhando he is beyond fucked HOAs are nasty when you piss them off and remember he has had roof damage for 10 years, he has 2 broken bathrooms and toilets.
