There was a thing on Twitter, someone linked an article about a winning lottery ticket was sold in Renton (good for one million). Would be hilarious if Phil got money, then decided to follow through with his threats.

Lol, H3H3 was only able to sue cause he's a millionaire, no lawyer would take Phil's case on contingency when there's zero chance to collect enough to make it worth it.

H3H3 could sue because the people he's going after all explicitly said they were restreaming so people wouldn't have to watch him and give him money. They also barely spoke during their "reacts". DSP's detractors aren't even comparable.

Phil can reasonably charge people with harassment if they're sending shit to his house regularly, and there's the Comcast troll situation.

Pictures/Filmed in public, no. Restreaming, no. If Phil really wanted, it's as simple as reporting Raw Phil to Youtube and that channel is gone within a day. Detractor channels, no. He could maybe strike channels that straight rip his channel, but then Doody will just have to add in his useless musings all the time.
