And if pass him begging for a change in the streets, you can always look at him with a sad frown, and say, "I'm sorry, but there's nothing I can do, sir".

For better effect, have one of those autistic fidget cubes with buttons on it and tell him "I'm pushing buttons."

What evidence do we have that DSP is being audited?

Oh. Evidence? DSP thread? When has that ever happened?

Still, if he actually did boast of cheating on taxes, the IRS literally has a snitch page to rat people out for that shit.

And they even give you a cut. NOTE: odds are good you'll get audited too so you better be a good little goy before you do that.

Just looked over at the King of Hate forums, he's actually getting a ton of shit (and by that I mean constructive criticism) from his fans over there.

One of them threw out a theory - could it be a health issue?
Maybe he's gotten a diagnosis that means he needs expensive treatment.
Sometimes I feel he claims a vague emergency and then starts taking notes on what "fan theory" garners the most pity on the forum. That way he can milk it all for maximum 'tism...er... pity bux.

Here's my breakdown of Phil's prestream today; I'll edit this post with updates.
  • Started stream and his audio shit wasn't working. He fixed it.
  • Everyone heard Phil open a can of V8 energy drink
  • He's having issues loading Muxy
  • He's already said the game (Marvel Versus Capcom) looks shit and whoever did its graphics was an idiot
  • Chat are antsy about people mentioning the house/emergy vlog situation
EDIT:
  • Phil is already 30 minutes late from his "starting time". He blames technical issues for this
  • ~650 people at beginning of prestream
EDIT:
  • He's going on about a bunch of boring fighting game shit, still not mention of the emergency vlog yet at all
  • Saying how he got 5th place in some MvC tournament like 80 years ago and ended up losing to some guy from Connecticut that he came with and that he shouldn't have had to play that guy
EDIT:
  • Just passed 700 viewers. 35 minutes after his prestream start (well 5 minutes after he started actually talking)
EDIT:
  • He's started talking about the hardcore gaming season and if the game is good he might play it a lot even though it would be "a big investment"
  • Still hasn't talked at all about the emergency YouTube
  • upload_2017-9-20_0-6-44.png
EDIT:
  • He's talking about the logistics of having more than one of his fans make thumbnails for him at once (like doubling up on thumbnails they make for him)
  • Up to 800 viewers now (40 minutes from his scheduled start time)
EDIT:
  • Talking about his boring patreon goal and how people need to pledge if they want him to dress up for halloween etc etc etc
  • Still no mention of emergency vlahg
EDIT:
  • He's having a technical fault with Muxy which means only Tips will get a shoutout because Muxy is broken.
  • 850 viewers 45 minutes past scheduled start time)
EDIT:
  • He's saying if you have the option to you should "please tip" because he's in a financial bind at the moment and he won't be in a clear spot until October
  • Says not one person speculating on his "personal situation" has been correct and that he hasn't talked about it ever before.
  • Has restated that he's looking for moral support and although financial support is appreciated he's mostly just hoping people are gonna be "nice"
EDIT:
  • Prestream is over, above was the only mention of the emergency vlahg

Yeah I had a similar thought. He probably heard about Onison and maybe he just put out a video with only vague clues that could be an IRS issue, maybe something with his condo, or anything else. Then he claims he doesn't even want your money because he needs lottery winning amounts just give him moral support...but if you want to throw him a few bucks too that will be fine.

From the IRS (https://www.irs.gov/taxtopics/tc509.html): "you can't deduct business expenses for any part of your home that you use both for personal and business purposes."

Um...Phil conducts a bit of personal business in his office...

Another thing that struck me recently is how he complains about not having enough time for his breaks. Why the fuck does he have to post them immediately after the stream? Why can't he just chill out and post them in the morning when he gets up? Or after his 2nd stream?
He's in violation of Twitch's partner program when he uploads stuff within 24 hours of streaming it. Violating rules and having no free time are worth those sweet, sweet views.

EDIT: Bits do not show up in Muxy. If you want a shoutout you'll have to tip.

Just a small update on the whole emergency situation (I have a post which I'm updating on the previous page):
  • He's saying if you have the option to you should "please tip" because he's in a financial bind at the moment and he won't be in a clear spot until October.
  • Says not one person speculating on his "personal situation" has been correct and that he hasn't talked about it ever before.
  • Has restated that he's looking for moral support and although financial support is appreciated he's mostly just hoping people are gonna be "nice"
  • This is the only time in the prestream he has mentioned or referred to it at all.

Hm. So maybe it was the "Leanna is/was preggo" thing. Anyway, Phil doesn't disappoint in disappointing.

Is that a guaranteed caveat? Or could he have gotten a special deal? It's likely that he didn't get one, but i'm interested if there is exceptions to this. I had no idea that twitch even had that rule.

Hm. So maybe it was the "Leanna is/was preggo" thing. Anyway, Phil doesn't disappoint in disappointing.

This is the definition of baseless speculation. If anything Leanna falling pregnant probably would have been the one thing to actually save their relationship and trap her into staying with Phil, it wouldn't be this big, life threatening financial issue that's not his fault.

If she 'was,' pregnant which presumably means she was and then lost the baby then how on earth would that be a financial issue that puts his ownership of his house at risk?

People need to cool their obsession with Leanna and not automatically assume she's involved because they can't let go of her involvement with this circus.

Keep in mind DSP is a partner, so he may have terms that are beneficial.

I think Phil may have anxiety he will start to get panic attacks and isolate himself more if that is the case. He described the empty feeling common in anxiety in his latest drama/ e-begging video.

There also seems to be some weird assumptions about how Phil/Leanna would react in such a situation. Phil has stated that he wants kids. Leanna has stated that she doesn't, that she hates children, and would have an abortion if she got pregnant.
