Whatever the outcome of the poll, I bet Phil winds up playing FF7. Fallout and Mario are out because there's no way they'll win the poll, if they do Phil will just claim detractor manipulation like he always does. Chrono Trigger would be an easy option for him, but there's no good way to play it on modern consoles and the Steam version has issues so if it wins he will make an 'executive decision.' FF7 has versions available on modern consoles, and also give him the opportunity to whine endlessly about the remake, which is fresh in the public mind again due to Intergrade.

shitting up the main thread? This is literally just typical DSP on a daily basis. Half or more of the dedicated threads are simply various examples of the same stages of the same DSP loop that has been repeating for more than a decade rather than anything unique.

You're not wrong, but when he actually makes an event out of it, if there's anything remotely funny/interesting/unusual, the main thread gets a dozen new pages of posts that are all talking about the same thing(s). It makes life a little easier to have the separate thread for that case. Also makes it easier to come back and find the previous begathons to see how often they're happening.

From a purely practical standpoint, a proper job and part time streaming would be best, as has been said many times he's only ever one copyright strike, medical emergency or whale leaving away from complete disaster. Obviously we know why that will never happen, but doesn't alter the fact it is the best advice.

No, you misunderstood. He has to pay the HOA fees for the CT condo, HOA fees for the WA condo, and mortgage for WA condo. He hasn't paid the CT condo mortgage since Spring of 2019.
