Is Phil required to claim the exact same “business expenses” on his income taxes that he did in his bankruptcy? This would be highly illegal yes?

He has someone else do his taxes for him, so I don't think he risks that. Besides, I think it has been determined that what he appears to owe lines up with how much he should. Things would look fucky there if he was claiming his gacha spending as a business expense, because holy shit is that a hell of a big deduction in his case.

Most mature adults would have things like investment properties, 401K, stocks, bonds, etc...if they were making that kind of money DSP makes. Not Phil. He's always been known to piss money away like there's no tomorrow - one example is when he put a whole EVO trip on his CC after he got fired from Wells Fargo, cashing out his 401K, and thinking that buying lottery tickets was a good investment.
