Big thanks to @thegrayman and @Flaming Dumpster for helping out making this OP.

This is Darrell Edward Brooks jr. He is currently trying to weasel his way out of the trial. Since day 1 of the pretrial hearings he refuses to be called by his name ("I don't consent to being called that name"). He keeps interrupting everyone and anyone. He keeps talking to the judge as if it was his regular street nword. He keeps sperging out and raging. His opening statement was very confusing and he cried. He just now (21 October 2022 trial) had a stare down with the judge, who decided to go for a recess. He does not understand the nature of the convictions. He calls himself an alleged defendant (pretrial day 1) and told the judge he is an alleged defendant. He says objection around 3k to 4k times per trial day (I really want the transcript and count them). It usually goes this way:
- Darrell: "OBJECTION RELEVANCE/HEARSAY/LEADING/SPECULATION" Judge Jenny: "Overruled, witness may answer."
- Prosecution: "Objection." Darrell: "GROUNZ" (grounds but he can't speak proper English) Judge: "Sustained."
He also said in the trial on 20th October that the Waukesha Parade massacre didn't happen.
He immediately decided to defend himself but did not understand how his rights work. Judge Jenny (Jennifer Dower) had to explain it to him for an hour, that he can't have lawyers while representing himself.
He hates his ex Erika Patterson who he beat and abused and has a child with. She lives in a women's shelter. In the trial he called her several times as witness. He has at least one child with Erika, more children from other women. Erika said she was 15 when she got pregnant from him. She turned 32 this week (21st of October 2022). He is 40 now, born in 1982. He is 8 years older than her. So he was 23 when he impregnated her.
He threw a fit here, read the bible instead of listening to the judge, flipped out at the prosecutor for saying that he had sex with a minor and got charged for that years ago, he shouts "my life is on the line, not yours!", he says that the court and state coached the witnesses to say what they said in court, another fit he threw, he got upset when one of his rap videos got pulled as evidence, he threw a fit when the judge told him what to do, another rage clip, ... those are the most important one's I think. You can see all the clips and videos here.
He almost hit a little kid when driving through the parade.

He literally subpoenaed the state of Wisconsin. I hope that huge cop can beat the shit out of Brooks again. I don’t think Brooks realizes that if he gets out of jail, he’ll be lucky to make it to the parking lot before one of the victims family members takes him out. You won’t find a jury who would convict someone who killed this piece of shit.

Darrell was a little upset about the court’s ruling. I think he knows that what’s in store for him in prison is going to be worse than anything he’s ever faced. Running down a bunch of innocent people with his car isn’t going to make him any friends and I doubt his blood gang members are going to put their life on the line for a loser like this.
