I doubt this happened. Usually you get a transfer for repeated abuse/violence, not just one incident, but they don't send you to a worse prison just one at the same level.
The usual result of this is solitary for safety after medical.

“I’ve heard of the rumor. I have no information saying it is true. I am very skeptical of it. But I am reaching out to speak with my client shortly,” Covey said.
