They tried to, or something similar at least. And the suits who own Tumblr the corporate entity, told them to fuck off and name it something else or legal trouble was hinted at. And since MAH FEELS don't win court cases, they backed off and renamed it.

Lastly, if I was in the area (Like as in the city block) I'd probably check it out for morbid curiosity's sake for a half hour or so. Sometimes you need a good train wreck to start the morning, especially with caffeine being considered so unhealthy these days. The fact that apparently their security was so piss poor you could essentially walk in without actually paying any fee helps too.

Hell the local 1/4 mile racetrack near me has more comprehensive security than that, and their tickets are what, $5?
