My opinion on these is the reference to a magistrate for a case involving a vexatious litigant is often a huge waste of time, because the scumbag "consents" to it but then just challenges every adverse ruling anyway, so you just end up relitigating the same shit before two different judges.

The purpose of these statutes for using magistrates was to save money, but that doesn't work when you have some lunatic deliberately abusing the whole process.

With a real litigant, you have the potential of losing an actually meritorious case, but if you have a nutjob, they have no case in the first place and nothing to lose with their shenanigans that the other side has to pay for.

These short's he's making are pretty scummy by just leaching off the original Tuber's popularity but thanks to the algorithm he's getting a few thousand views to 15k views per short. Not bad for 30 seconds of work.
