Stebbins v Cmdr Imperialsalt the District Court Judge has told him "No, applying for a writ of certiorari does not mean I have to extend the stay for you to show cause, the Magistrate Judge will be setting a date when you have to explain why you shouldn't be sanctioned."(paraphrased) (no 126) The Magistrate Judge has not yet posted that date yet.

Still no sign of the transferred cases from Delaware to WD Arkansas. Maybe they "Lost" them, or more likely they're hidden until they're screened if they can do that.

Also still waiting on Stebbins v Moon for the District Court Judge to rule on the IFP denial recommendation.

It was funny though watching him mumble to himself while standing in front of a pole. That pole was his only friend. He also sweated so bad that he would touch our counters and leave sweat hand prints behind.. I had to send them to his supervisor multiple times and he never cleaned after himself. A stinky, disgusting, freakish guy to be around. Should have been fired back in December, the fact that it took this long is luck.

I honestly do not even knoooow!!!

The company is a third party that works in Walmart to sell phones. The manager never spoke to us about the hiring process but if I had to guess it probably was just a basic criminal background check, which apparently David does not have ooone?
Lesson learned for them unfortunately. Do more research on the people you hire, pretty sure our Store Manager lectured the manager on that multiple times too after the fact. We all hated him and he caused so much damage to customers. His lack of care should be studied.

If they even did that, it would have been a quick and dirty search of publicly available information for free that took no more than 5-10 minutes and isn't always fully representative of the candidate's true background. I don't know off the top of my head how the father stabbing incident ended, but even if it ended in a conviction there's a chance it just doesn't show up on this type of background check for a variety of reasons. Again, that's assuming they did one at all.

I'd like to believe David is the sort of candidate who just from the way he acts and smells would set off red flags immediately so they wouldn't hire him in the first place irrespective of a background check, but I guess not this time.

How much of an on-brand irony would it be for Stebbins to have finally secured something of a legal "win" in extracting a settlement from someone, only to have to pay most of it back to the court because he couldn't help but squabble over a couple extra bucks?

Also from what i know and see... the money got payed on friday but he still filed this motion on sunday ... isnt there a 7 day periode before filing a motion to solve an issue .. isnt this issue in theory already solved ?
