Stebbins v. Doe (Creetosis and Bibi Faizi) Docket 77
ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE WHY ACTION SHOULD NOT BE DISMISSED FOR FAILURE TO SERVE REMAINING DEFENDANT;
Context Stebbins request for subpoena was denied and he sat on his hands doing nothing for too long. The main reason for denying the subpoena was failing to prove the Court had personal jurisdiction over Creetosis.

Stebbins v. Doe (Creetosis and Bibi Faizi) Docket 78
Seethes at Court. Complains it's their fault he's done nothing. Says they're personally biased against him.
It's 5 pages of seething that's worth reading but here are the best parts.

In other, sort of related news. The other N.D. California case, Stebbins v Doe(Creetosis) that was allowed to proceed partially by the 9th circuit has allowed Stabby to serve YouTube. (16)

He is allowed to continue to pursue the claims that arise from the alleged behavior after his previous lawsuit. Also a conference was set for September 12th.(15)

I think it's likely YouTube will show up and get it tossed for the same reasons they did in the other case.

Also, there is still no sign of the cases that Delaware transferred to Arkansas months ago, must have gotten lost in the mail. I expect Stabby to start whining soon if he can figure out who to whine to.
