What happened to the impending lawsuit with Creetosis? Polano, Rebolo, and @ZellZander were sued a week or two after Acerthorn got a copyright registration.
It's been months since Acerthorn improperly registered his old videos. In September he sent a legal threat. In October he sent a 48 hour ultimatum ultimatum asking Creetosis to take action against him.

I think he raised like 30K in total and so far hasn't spent anything but the retainer fee because Google decided to get pissy with Stabby and smack him around like a like one of the women in a Stebbins erotic fan fic.

I'm OK with Sid hanging onto the monies simply because we know that Stabby WILL be back, he won't stop and he has zero other things in his life so sooner or later he WILL find a way to drag Sid back into court no if and's or butt's.

He will try to bleed Sid dry because;

1. It costs Stabby nothing, he has no money, no wages and nothing better to do with his time. He is 100% judgment proof and he knows it. Any money used to try to punish Stabby for his vexious lawsuits is 100% wasted.

2. Stabby is a vengeful paranoid schizophrenic with anger issues. We know for a fact he will do anything he can to hurt people who have dared to get in his way. He's stabbed his father, he's sued pretty much every single organization he's come into contact with and has zero moral issue with causing harm to anyone at all if they so much as look at him.

3. It gives him hope. Stabby is counting on that one big win in court that will move him into easy street so as long as he keep trying it gives him that hope that his life will be better. Of course we all know that Stabby will never win that big lolsuit and even if he somehow did it wouldn't make him happy as he's a miserable pile of shit who probably is incapable of being happy outside that feeling of joy he gets when he hurts someone.

So yah, Sid should hang onto that money and not donate because this shit isn't over by a looooooooooong shot.

At some point, the better option would to just be setting up an anonymous LLC to "own" these channels. If Quasi was able to hide his identity from Fatrick Tomlinson despite him hiring lawyers to try and use the courts to get Quasi's identity. Not a chance David could do any better. Once its set up through an LLC, Stebbins loses any power he might have. Then he just goes to court, gets declared a vexatious litigant eventually, and seethes

I doubt it really as his pleadings are just more of the same old same old we've seen before. He's basically saying the judge didn't read his statements correctly because if he did he would have ruled in Stabby's favor. So since he didn't rule in Stabby's favor he's (the judge) either a idiot or just plan hates Mr Stabby for *reasons* because Stabby's logic is just so damn infallible to rule against him is impossible without prejudice being involved.

I think this really shows Stabby's paranoia off. The judge didn't agree with him so thus the judge must hate me and be ruling on personal feelings rather then law. You know, instead of the facts not being on Stabby's side, no it's the judge being a meanie poo poo head.

Next up request for recusal because the judge is *obviously* biased against Stabby already because he ruled against him.

I had a dream that I had to check here just in case it was a weird miracle like a weird 90s movie. It wasn't. Stebbins was sentenced to an internet ban and 8 hours of community service a day for the rest of his life to punish a judgement proof shit stain like him. Instead he continues you flail inefficiently to the courts which don't punish this type of behaviour.

Stebbins has shown violent behaviour before. I suspect when the courts crack down harder on him he'll rage enough to lash out at any easy victims that get near him for a few days after. I don't think he'll hunt anyone down, but I could see him stabbing an Amazon or mail delivery person if he made it to the door in time.
