It's helpful of Stebbins to say he notified the clerk he was recording the call in his third interaction, not in the first. Thanks for putting that in writing you magnificent specimen of legal acumen.

This may be his most wonderful legal saga yet, the pre-filing screening is making him extra mad and if he keeps ramping up the nastiness to the Clerk of the Court it's going to make every future filing that much slower to process. They don't have to do anything illegal, but they're certainly not going to rush his paperwork through.

While all of these are great, my personal favorites are part 10 and 12. Part 10 is clearly the best as the clerk points out that he is a vexatious litigant so its his own fault for all of this which David can't stand. Part 12 is the clerk finally having enough of his bullshit and telling him that there are other people who do know but he will not find out how to get in contact with them. Fucking brilliant

I feel like I've heard that in the back of pretty much every audio we've ever gotten of him. I always thought it was his keyboard, and he's just furiously typing up his next foolproof lawsuit or hyper-emergency motion as he talks on the phone, but then in call #7 we actually hear him typing something on a keyboard and the rhythmic "k-chunk k-chunk" stops and an entirely different sound happens.

My new theory is that he's got mice in his wi-fi, constantly nibbling at his packets. I'd normally say that's an impossibility, but I've seen Hovel de Acer and its eldritch stank. Wi-fi rodents are probably among the friendlier impossibilities he deals with on a daily basis.

A lot of morons like Stabby think the Clerk of the Court is some kind of secretary but the Clerk is often the most important person in the court other than possibly the Chief Judge. This isn't a law clerk or someone who doesn't really matter, but someone who is directly involved in every step in the litigation process.

You can piss off other litigants, you can piss off their lawyers, you can even piss off the judge, but pissing off the Clerk will never end well. I'm pretty sure this idiot's talking to someone on the Clerk's staff but this kind of behavior no doubt has him on an entirely new shit list other than just the vexlit one he was already on.

The Clerk need do nothing illegal or even out of the norm, just forego the often ridiculously lenient treatment pro se idiots usually get.

Like seriously he is the very archetype for Assburgers. Even when simply being neutral, not even civil just not aggressive, would net him so much more he still chooses to be the biggest ass possible every single time to every single person he comes across.

Acerthorn's lawsuit against Garcia Baz has been accepted for filing by the duty Judge.
The Judge ordered Acerthorn may only proceed on the claims of copyright infringement but may not pursue the claims of libel or DMCA misrepresentation.

I hope this case goes nowhere. The Judge will hopefully see one of the videos Acerthorn is suing for was improperly registered and another video was never registered at all.
His main claim is the 10 songs. I think the Judge will be very unimpressed by Acerthorn's admission that the purpose of the songs is to avoid properly registering his videos. (I'm noticing a trend)

I must confess that I honestly never expected to see or hear from you again. I noticed that I had some views in the past few weeks that came from the suggested videos feed from this trilogy of videos, so I decided to check it out.
I must confess that this is extraordinarly cringy. Oh, not the video itself, but the fact that you waited 3/4 of a year to make it. I have watched up to the first 30 seconds, and so I have seen enough of this video to realize that you are simply taking the comemnt that you originally posted on my video (which you can still see, but nobody else can, because I deleted it because you were a troll), and just used it as your script for these videos.

What makes this so sad and cringy is that ... you came back to this 3/4 of a year later. Your comment was originally posted on June 11, 2018, and Part 1 of this video went up on March 4, 2019. That was a gap of 266 days between the comment and the video that used that comment as the script.

Has my video really bothered you that much? Are you really so offended by the opinions I expressed in that video, about a purely fictional work of art, that you just couldn't let it go? You just had to come back, nine months later, and make a trilogy of videos about it? That is just impressive, and not in the good way. Agreeing to disagree is just out of the question for you? You are right in your view, and therefore, anyone who disagrees with you needs to be verbally eviscerated. You just can't accept that I was the bigger man in this and decided to simply ignore you, because nobody who disagrees with you can ever possibly be the bigger man.
