Docket 89. Acerthorn files request In Forma Pauperis for his appeal.
Docket 90. Receipt of appeal.
Docket 91. His IFP is denied because Acerthorn didn't seek pre-screening as a vexatious litigant.
Docket 92. Acerthorn whines to the court that his IFP should not be revoked. He says since he listed 11 reasons to appeal at least one of them must be non-frivilous.
Docket 93. Appeals Court says District Court will decide if his IFP will remain revoked.
This is the same lawsuit where the court was already considering sanctions and Acerthorn appears to have manufactured a fake exhibit. It has been half a year and the court still has not made any rulings on these issues. It is shocking Acerthorn continues to antagonize the Court.

I guess he thinks he's got nothing to lose by further antagonizing the court, if he's even aware he's antagonizing them due to his utter assburger nature, because he's already got his vexatious label and filing restrictions so what else can they do to him?
Plus since so much of his future hope lies in suing people on the internet he needs to be free to launch suit after suit after suit in Commiefornia thanks to it being Google's home state. If he's locked out of the district how will he sue some random You Tuber for 900K every time they say his name on stream.

In Stabby's defense I don't think this is him being antagonistic towards the court deliberately.
This is just the way Stabby deals with everyone in his life.
The court is wrong, it just needs to listen to him and change it's rulings that's all. To Stabby this is just him explaining it more clearly to some slow in the mind judges. He's not even aware that he's being aggressive and talking down to some of the most educated legal minds. They just need to read 1 more brief, 1 more rebuttal, 1 more reply then they will finally see the truth that Stabby sees.
He's right and they are wrong and that's all there is too it and if he has to file 1 million dockets to help them understand how and why they're wrong while using small words to aid their understanding then by jove that's what he's going to do.

The denial of IFP gives Hardin more ammo should the court give him leave to expand upon Stabby's record as requested.
But realistically, what Sanctions Options does the court have with something like Acerthorne. The court can't do anything worse than God and Life has already done.
