What I think he should do is point out that fact that Stabby himself lists his whole channel only makes 40 dollars a month and that only 1 person, Jones, ever paid to view the disputed video. So claiming 150K as damages seems like a reach the judge would probably slap down. At best that video is worth about 2 bucks as an average amount of money Stabby gets from You Tube for his "work".
