While IANAL, some States have laws that frivolous CPS complaints can be investigated. Mandatory reporters are taught (iirc) that as long as you have a good faith reason to believe there’s an issue, you need to report it. I’m sure a competent attorney could easily argue any report this fuck made was in bad faith. The tweets alone should be sufficient evidence of bad faith.
Virginia does have statutes regarding failing false child abuse complaints, although it would likely take one of the LegalKiwiBros to say for certain if that applies to CPS calls.
