First came across this guy after seeing his false equivalence comic on Tumblr. Man, did that generalization cause a huge shitstorm.

That I know. Is it also noteworthy to say that two fans butt in, one of whom sides with the guy and makes a comment that tries to reaffirm Walky's thought of the confederate flag avatar being racist?

As for nearly being 40, one could guess it's to try and get more money without holding a job that isn't being some webcomic artist. As for his own wikipedia page, that may as well be in pure speculation. All he has under his belt is nothing but a few webcomics, one of which most of us would only know for either one image (the one where he tried to use false equivalence) or the porn comics that got a good 4chan edit (which makes them much better in terms of humor).

Literally the only things I remember about him right now are that he did a half-decent joke about people who were bitching about how the first live action TF film wasn't bloody enough YEARS ago...and that he had some weird fetish with the Autobot named Hot Shot to the point he had a self-porclaimed fucking shrine to said character (though as I recall, it wasn't really weird in that the way it was always described by him it was supposed to be tongue in cheek I guess, but...still weird)

If you could cite that period in time when the world looked to comic artists for guidence, I could at least understand why so many Dobsons try to be taken seriously as comic artists:

But try as I might, I can't recall such a time, though with the internet allowing self-publishing, I can see why "more" of these people can pester their way to an audience these days than when you had to have actual humor and likeable characters and drawing skill to get a publisher to notice you and not send your samples to the trash bin the instant they saw that your idea of a great comic was your thinly-disguised sexual fetishes.
