Stavatti Aerospace. I'm not sure how much Wilcock himself was scammed by Chris Beskar and that outfit and how much he was a scammer, but it was basically a Ponzi scheme, yes. So probably both.
Tbf to Steve he had more reason to hate Wilcock: after he did videos mocking him and exposing the grift, Wilcock did a bunch of videos blaming Steve for everything bad that happened to him and telling his followers he was a thief and a child molester. He claimed he SWATted him, forgetting that Steven is autistic with FOIA requests and official documentation, and he contacted all the police departments in the area and showed that he was never SWATted.

Due to advanced schizophrenia, Wilcock was incapable of differentiating reality from fantasy and should not be described as a scammer. It's not as though he was falsely presenting a feasible business to people and willfully lying about it. The dude was making impossible nonsense statements and talking about how angels were demanding he bathe himself in bizarre substances and people were like "this sounds legit, I'd better invest".
