You know what I hate about the dc movies? Every character has completely different personalities from any source material I can think of. Barry Allen especially has always pissed me off, as not only did they fuck up his0 character, they didn't even bother to dye the dudes hair the right color. But I guess I would watch this movie for free if the reverse flash is in it.
My thoughts on Super Girl exactly.
She's supposed to be blonde with piercing blue eyes and very pale skin.

Because why not 🤣 will we see the return of bat nipples at well?

Don't forget the bat credit card, lol

I'll never understand why they change stuff that really doesn't need to change, I get some things you need to change when you go from comic to movie...but holy shit.
When I first saw that trailer I thought Supergirl was Eradicator, no joke. Making Eradicator female (and probably a lesbian or trans) made more sense to me initially when I saw it haha

I honestly think DC is better off releasing their "smaller" movies, The Batman and Joker were pretty good for the most part (especially when you compare them to their "ZOMG WE WANNA BE LIEK MARVEL" counterparts)

Someone should alert Doug Walker if that happens 😉.

I agree their independent DC movies are really good even the lastest Suicide Squad is good and I think it definitely helps that they ignore the rest of the universe other than few references here and there.

But this casting choice delivers a blow to those white, incel manbabies 🙃

To be honest, I would not be upset over characters having their race/ethnicity swapped or their sexuality changed if it wasn't so blatantly one-sided. And if you point out the obvious, you are chastised as being closed-minded. Let me give some examples that would never get the greenlight from DC.

Hypothetically being in charged of a new Cyborg series, I decide to turn the character into a white man. And when there are complaints, I say, "I think Cyborg's character is something that everyone can relate to, regardless of skin color. What's that? Cyborg should only be black? Why are you making a big deal over a fictional character?"

Or I'm writing a graphic novel featuring Harley Quinn and Poison Ivy but it focuses more on their criminal activities and there is no panel to show they're a romantic couple or hints of it. My explanation for the lack of hot lesbian action this is more of a story-driven piece and showing these two in an intimate relationship is not important to the overall plot. Besides, this is graphic novel is non-canon so readers can still coom to their heart's content.

That is an…interesting stillframe to go with.

I really wonder what it is about this film that’s so important and needed that after so long and so much drama with Miller, WB was INSISTENT this film be released.
It's either the reset (replacing batman and superman) or the amount of memberberries they are milking in it.

I question the need for a reset button film, so I’m gonna go with the memberberries reason. Which is extra fun consider all the edits and stuff they eventually cut out of the film since it hinted towards films that won’t exist anymore.

I am a bit bitter about that canceled Batman Beyond film though.

Here we see consoomers in action as they provide various excuses as to why they will see this movie. There are the classic one: "it's been filmed already" "what about the 1000s who worked on it?", and "the public has moved on from the incident". Then there is the smug: "I separate the artist from the art", and the appeal to emotion: "everyone deserves a second chance". Finally, we have a brand new excuse where some compared Ezra Miller to Robert Downey Jr. because the latter also had a criminal past and I guess their reasoning was that nobody was demanding a boycott of Iron Man :stress:

Hasn’t it had about 200-300 million sunk into it even before marketing over all those years of production hell? That and WB’s financial woes mean they need a blockbuster summer film even if it’s… this one.

I'm a half-a-nigger myself, but that really annoys me about DC.

Instead of creating a naturally cool character that happens to be a minority, like Blade or Luke Cage (seriously, early Luke Cage is just hilarious blaxploitation), they just slap a minority on top of an established hero and call it a day (Cyborg being the exception).

If they go ahead and cast Michael B. Jordan as Superman, get ready to see DC streaming on Peacock.
"Supergirl" is giving me serious Brie Larson vibes.

The thing with Robert Downey too is that he had consequences for his actions while Ezra gets a slap on the wrist.

But man an aging Michael Keaton really is what takes these retards to support this shit
