Less so but the point still stands. Very funny because Oliver agrees that it is the better name. Her argument is that bats live in caves and thus "Bat Cave" works for Batman but arrows are inanimate objects and do not live at all, much less in caves. They are located in quivers before use though and thus the name "Quiver" works for the lair of Green Arrow (and Red Arrow too).
for some reason I thought that went back to Kevin Smith's run on GA near rhe millennium

It was around the time Harley Quin first joined Batman in his resistance against Superman and Oliver was on babysitting duty with her.
It's also made funnier by a couple of repeated callbacks, like when Black Canary is told about the suggestion. "That actually is better" and when Harley meets alternative Earth Oliver and tries to convince him that in this universe that's what Green Arrow called it. Also, that they were lovers but she can't sustain the straight face on that one.

Injustice deserves credit for making one of the less irritating Harleys in the modern era. And her interplay with Ollie and Canary is amusing:

"Is that a flying motorcycle? Where the Hell did you get it?"
"I stole it."
"Who the Hell owns a flying motorcyle?"
[...]
"Oh no."

I wouldn’t be shocked if Gunnbros end up getting more hated than Synderbros. Both fandoms are dominated by pajeets.
Synderbros are people that like dark, gritty, "realistic" superheroes. When the normie perception of superheroes start with Nolan's movies, I can understand why. I disagree with them aesthetically, but they like what they like. Gunnbros lick James Gunn's taint and gaslight all the bad things about his movie such as the weak box office, the stupid dialogue, and Gunn's use of the movie as therapy.

I wont wholly dispute that. Particularly as you are kind enough to say that we are more willing to admit the flaws than Gunn-fans. What I like with the Snyder movies is that he is a very good visual and action director. Yes, I would enjoy it if he loosened his grip a little and let Henry Cavill display a bit more of his talent for lightness. I'd like it if his Batman didn't use fucking Gatling guns on his Batmobile. But in a world of MCU bathos and quips, I'm fucking starved for something with actual heroism and struggle in it.

And the ground-view perspective of Superman's fight with Zod, and the shot of that guy in the skyscraper seeing the two of them flying towards the building, is good stuff.

The criticisms of Snyder are valid. But are lot of them are overdone. Even some of the most egregious like "Why did you say that name?" aren't entirely as bad in context as people make them out to be. Batman has built up this idea of Superman as this remote and alien outsider, secretly egged on by Luthor to do so, who even sets up Batman with the kryptonite and means to kill Superman. It's only when Batman has actually beaten this alien being he's viewed as not human at all, and finds not a remote god but a person whose last words are begging him to save someone, that he's pulled up and stopped in confusion and starts to realise this is a person with a life and loved ones.

Yeah, it's unsubtle and rather crude. I wont deny it. But at least Snyder is sincere in his simplicity. And in contrast to Gunn's superman, the very last thing you can say about Snyder's movies are that they're rushed. ;)

New Peacemaker episode spoilers/plot speculation.
Don't think there was a single non-white in the dimension in Chris's closet. Maybe I missed one idk, there's a very high chance that the upcoming plot twist is that this is a Nazi dimension. James Gunn already put the Nazi fighting robot in Creature Commandos so fighting Nazis is kind of the thing at the moment. Even the terrorists Chris fought against were all white. And maybe they will be the main villains of the season. But James Gunn already did the "the people who we thought were the bad guys were actually freedom fighters" plot twist in The Suicide Squad. So there is a high chance that will happen again too.

The Matt Reeves Batman sequel finally got a release date: October 1, 2027.

Yes, it's being released after the Superman sequel. Sounds like it's being set up to fail.

Love how they push le kindness is punk rock cope when half his movies are about slaughtering people he politically disagrees with for cheap laughs. The ones who aren't projecting Indian retards must be astroturfing bots.

I am taking the arduous effort to endure Peacemaker S2. What dark magic spell did James cast to make people tolerate this dialogue? We don't need 2 unfunny minutes of characters rambling over the plural for Pokemon. Or any minutes of fat black lesbian relationship drama in a superhero show.

Along with vaguely threatening violence towards those disagree with them, while claiming the haters are mentally ill.

Even normies are making Simpsons memes, poking fun at James Gunn for making the same movie over and over again. This is even without pointing out how politically hypocritical James Gunn is.
