All Gunn has to do to fix this is have Supergirl in her film overthrow an alien dictatorship of orange-skinned patriarchs and make out with two plus sized alien women while sloppy drunk at an orgy with Lobo.

It's amazing how the media has pushed Nazi's so much I just don't give a shit anymore.
It's annoying how they're not even original and they're simply copying the Nu-Wolfenstein sthick, but with obvious digs at the audience because the leftard can't help itself but to be a smug ass. Apparently, that NAAZI world has a cinema scene showing the white mermaid instead of the nigress one, because they know the audience hated that one.
DC cracked the whip and told Gunn that making films about the Authority, Clayface and Sgt. Rock
Honestly, he might not have intended Palestine/Israel. If anything, it was more than likely supposed to be Ukraine/Russia, but since he stupidly made the sides of the conflict a white nation invading a clearly middle eastern looking one, it is hard not to see the similarities. If you watch the film without looking for much political, you likely will not see it as a critique of current events. I say this as my dad recently watched it and didn’t see any of this.
The leader of the invading party was an amalgam of Putin and Trump, it's quite political. Also, as typical with lefty "humor", he's killed and treated like a joke, a behaviour they carry over to RL stuff, as seen repeatedly.
I also like how Supes tried to be moral and all of that, but the Justice Gang can kill people and monsters without hesitation.

e did, their first appearances were in Creature Commandos along with a few others. Here are their first official appearances in the DCU:
But of course. The leftie and/or Gunn hate those better than them.

Man, something that has always made me laugh is children's tie in products to things not for children.
I suppose no longer having a show akin to Justice League, clearly meant for children and teenagers, is to blame.

The most hilarious thing about the "punch a Nazi" shit Hollywood pushed for over 10 years is how badly it backfired on Jews and Israel. If anything, it backfired more than even BLM did for the Jews. The same Hollywood and video game industry has, for 20 years, ignored Islamic terrorism and had Muslim villains in fiction. Hell having Russians as the safe politically correct villains didn’t even work because no one cares about Russia outside of white people. Steven Spielberg himself got Hollywood to ignore Muslims as bad guys to stick to George W Bush.

but Peacemaker being the “next step” of the DCEU murders any chance of future child audiences. No one wants to introduce their kids to a universe with giant orgies and swastikas being let loose. It also kills collaborations such as Fortnite or LEGO from touching the brand. Overall piss poor planning.
And have that same adult character appearing in the Superman movie. Gunn just doesn't understand what is wrong with showing kids things like Peacemaker, I think. Does he have any kids of his own? He should know this stuff.

There were also the "Sons of Themyscira", a group of men from the comics who were sons of the Amazons rejected at birth due to being male and were sent to live with Hephaestus, the Greek god of smithing. Gunn made them anti-woke Andrew Tate bros who invade the country of the previously mentioned dictator under the orders of Circe because they, no joke, are mad that the Amazons won't let them on their island and think it's sexist.
How are the amazons having kids in the first place when there are no men on the island? Or is this a one-time deal thing when the island was invaded or something? The interpretation sounds mixed up on multiple levels. It would be better off as a trans allegory - "no protected spaces for women!"

Batman vs Superman had kid's books and toys too. Again, I'd let a 6 year old watch that, but they'd just be confused and bored. we had toys for R rated movies and stuff when I was a kid, and that's just funny to me too. Here's Rambo with PTSD action. I saw a playset of Batman, Catwoman and Penguin from The Batman where they had like chibi dimensions when that came out. It should have came with a falcone, so your kid could reenact him trying to strangle his daughter like he did her whore mother.
The Snyder stuff I'd be more okay with a kid watching in some ways that other movies because despite sometimes being a bit brutal the morality is solid. And more than violence I care about kids not being exposed to bad moral messages. I would give my rant about the Brian Singer Superman movie but I think everybody has heard it. And also on the Snyder side of things, he does restrain himself with the DC movies. Yes, the violence is pretty visceral but it's not Watchmen or 300, at least and the violence is not sordid. The Batman though, that got a 15 rating in Bongland. That they're making toys of it is funny/weird. But then in this day and age, a lot of adults would probably buy them for themselves.

Hell having Russians as the safe politically correct villains didn’t even work because no one cares about Russia outside of white people.
Russian friend asked me "Why are we always the bad guys?" I said: "You're White but not Western. If a film maker wants to get the hit of xenophobia without the cost of racism, you're the only option."

I remember some movies and games did have mudslimes as the bad guys, but these quickly faded away, oddly enough.

He's likely to be a pedobear for good. It seems these types are creeps, the question being "how much".

They captured sailors, raped them to get pregnant, them dumped them into the ocean to drown. The boys were given away while the girls were taken to be Amazons, or that's what I remember. Only Gunn would be as inane as to turn a somber moment into a "lol fuck you incels!" situation.

The Snyder stuff I'd be more okay with a kid watching in some ways that other movies because despite sometimes being a bit brutal the morality is solid.
What kind of message is there in nu-Superman?

The Batman 1 was a bit cringe, with the villain basically winning and then giving himself in, just like that, while Bats stood there like a moron, and Mexican black Black Cat calling him a dirty whitey.
I don't like it other than the visual style.
However, most people do, it made like $800 million, and The Penguin is considered one of the best TV shows of this decade by a lot of people.
There is a really strong base for a cinematic universe here.
At least Snyder left TV/streaming alone iirc
Sure he did.

I hadn't heard, but it makes me ill. leave booster the fuck out of this. the future being Indian takes away from the fantasy escapism of superheroes, don't remind me. but beyond that, why that guy? I don't even think if I was being colorblind I'd think he fits that role.
The Eternals flopped and he didn’t take a bunch of steroids to not be in a superhero franchise.

What @Newcomer 42 said, but in Gunn's version, they aren't the sons of Amazons, they're just random dudes who are really mad they can't go to Themyscira, presumably to try and have sex with the Amazons.

What happened to being a [DECENT HUMAN BEING]?"
Gunn should start looking inward then, but I don't think a leftard can do that. I've watched Supes vs the Elite, as I don't recall watching it yet. That movie is 12 years old and yet, it shows perfectly what happens if you let a team of edgelords play hero (good movie though, Kingdom Come never). I used to wonder why Gunn is so fixated on The Authority, but I believe I understand now: He would absolutely love a team of "heroes" like the Assholes, killing any nazi or anyone who disagrees with them, as that seems to be the leftards' main response when they can't deplatform someone.

Sigh. I want to give Gunn some benefit of the doubt because Snyder seemed to act like he was too cool and mature for superheroes.

However, Gunn appears to misunderstand Superman and superheroes in a different way.For him and the Zoomers praising him, it’s just a “fashion” statement. Doesn’t it feel good to help old ladies cross the street? That’s like punk rock, bro.

I’ll give him credit for not shying away from the inherent silliness of superheroes. But he seems to miss the underlying message of works like Kingdom Come and Superman vs. The Elite. It’s not just that old fashioned heroism can be cool, but that having high morals and doing the right thing is incredibly hard and often thankless. And often it doesn’t feel “good” or is not even “cool”. Yet, true heroes choose to do it anyway.

But he sounds more like he is in a crusade to “make nerd cool” instead of “why doing the right thing is worth it”
