Dead video game series/franchises you refuse to let go

Suikoden.webp
Yes I know the released a remaster on 1&2 no that does not mean the series is alive. Suikoden is one of my favorite rpg series and far better than FF. I really wish they were owned by a better company as I would love to play another Suikoden.

To this day, I'm still super pissed GOG hasn't managed to score a deal to get Black and White 1 & 2 working on modern hardware. I don't even care about a Black and White 3. I just want those two games playable again.

Bioshock and Lost Planet. I think Bioshock 4 is being worked on but last I heard it was in development hell, and is planned to be open world. No thanks.

Little Big Adventure, a Zelda clone of sorts, and very French for good and bad. Technically it's not dead as it got a remake... But it's souless and filled with corporate slop that every modern game has, such as blackening (the protagonist, formerly white), no hetero romances (an annoying little sister is made up as to make the MC's love interest less important) and annoying female characters (see previous point).

Oddworld, which while it got a remake of the second game, it's even more corporate slop than LBA and the soul of the franchise is pretty much dead. Funny how it used to be an IP criticizing corporate abuse, heh.

Duke Nukem is another series I wish it got revived, but it will never happen until/if the Second Videogame crash.
