Deadly Premonition 2 - What do you think Zach?

I'm pretty familiar with the first one. I think what keeps clogging up my brain-cogs is how the Saint Rouge was supposed to fix... something? The Clarksons were supposed to be gotten rid of except for Patricia, who would Step 3 profit? Forest Kaysen was supposed to be trifling with Lena and others but who the hell is this guy really that he can do all the stuff he was doing in theis game and the last? Why was Candy so fat? Was it a side effect of the drugs or a natural Southern woman progression? Should I stop drinking and playing video games as a way to escape the real world?

1. it was all a ploy to get more sacrifices to the red tree, kayson just told lena what she wanted to her just like he did with george
2. child like purity was going to be the legacy of the Clarksons, I think Lena just felt bad about the entire situation when seeing york being a good father figure
3. Kayson has been a confederate general and a world war general, guy's achieved immortality, post DP1 though he's a spirit un able to do anything than possess people and show up in visions. the real person in charge, as word of God (Swery) says, behind the red tree bullshit is willie
4. saint Rouge is the peak upper it makes you feel pain as pleasure, I assume people like Melvin feed her to make her shaped like a "furtility goddess"
5. "Games inform our world" to loosely quote zack when he talks about movie and not accourding to drinKING alchool is fine

Candy wasn’t always that fat, I believe it was a side effect of her being drugged up to the point that her brain basically melted and she became stuck in that bed.

Finished watching Pat's lp a while ago.
Besides the thing that offended the trannies being literally nothing(as per usual), I was expecting it to be less painful game, since d4 looked like a workable moviegame, but it turns out it's even worse than the first in terms of performance and the gameplay might be even worse (for what it's worth they made the combat piss easy right from the start instead of making you find an infinite ammo gun).
Apparently it's made by different people, so I wonder if it's just Access Games remnants or a team that intentionally or unintentionally copied DP1.

Oh yeah and the bad guys were a gay police chief and a tranny all over again. What's up with that?

3:03-3:31 I read somewhere that this is the character speaking directly to the audience in a bit of meta 4th wall breaking, and if it is, it’s actually pretty sweet.
Swery through York thanking everyone for enjoying his game so much that a sequel was eventually made.

I still can't believe Swery got worse at programming. I didn't even think that's possible, given his many years of experience and two relatively polished products he released since Deadly Premonition.
