Hey anyone want to spoil the ending for me? I watched the movie, but then a power surge killed the projector (we ended up with passes to make up for shit) almost at the end and while it was actually pretty damn good I don't really want to spend 2 hours re-watching it because I rarely re-watch anything.

The specific part where it died was:
Deadpool hams up dying for like, 10 minutes and then goes back to the afterlife, where his wifeu is waiting and she pulls him over to "heaven" where he doesn't look like an avacado anymore.

Cable goes back in time to just as they get there and Deadpool asks about the teddy bear, Cable says it’s his daughter’s bear and her name is Hope, then puts his arm in front of Deadpool in a kinda “hold on” gesture, but is actually slipping that token he took right where Deadpool gets shot. So Deadpool doesn’t die and sticks with his new “family”, Cable is gonna stick around since he can’t go back to his time, Colossus joins X-Force, and as they’re leaving, the head of the school starts ranting at them only for the taxi guy to brutally run him over.

Mid-credits scene is Deadpool getting NegaSonic and Yukiko to fix Cable’s time travel device to go back in time and save his girlfriend, going to the climax of Wolverine: Origins and shooting that Deadpool in the head a bunch, and then going back to when he agreed to the Green Lanturn script and shooting himself(Ryan Reynolds) through the back of the head

Good but not as good as the first. And FFS just kill off TJ Miller already. He was dead weight.

Well he’s being charged with faking a bomb threat and public intoxication, so hopefully he’ll be in the slammer before Deadpool 3 comes along. If he is out of the picture for the next one I think it’d be funny if they recast someone who looks nothing like Miller as Weasel and they try to play it off as if nothing’s changed.

Hopefully. I thought he was the weak link in the first movie too. Dolpinder on the other hand was great. I loved it when DP called him Brown Panther.

I think that it was confirmed that he will blessedly not be in the third one.

I didn't know how fucking upsetting Deadpool looked in X-Men Origins: Wolverine.

i think the sole fact that they took away his mouth was the worst, but there was a lot of crap they didn’t show in that short scene too.

The gag that really got me was...
the brief cameos of other X-Men in the mansion. I caught Beast (Nicholas Hoult in the makeup) and Quicksilver. What I liked is that this movie did not care about the series' timeline given two characters I mentioned are in the younger Xavier-Magneto-Mystique movies.

Hard to find anything to complain about. The movie was just fun the whole way through.

Unfortunately I had to go to the bathroom real bad by the time the credits rolled, so I missed out on mid credits scenes.

Not sure if I liked this or 1 more. They were both pretty damn solid.

Saw it yesterday and had a blast. The first movie, while funny, was a very small film. This one featured an upgrade of action with a bigger story. Plus, it just flat-out looked really nice.

The fucking X-men cameos at the mansion scene had me in stitches.

If the first movie was more of a proof of concept, then Deadpool 2 is the full realization of that concept and proves that sometimes, bigger is better.

Go fuck yourself.

Just saw the movie and I have to say...

It sucked! The first movie was was about 100,000 times better than this turd. I feel like one of those movies where it was going to be another movie and then thew in Deadpool in because the first movie got really popular. It also feels like the kid was going to be the main protagonist at one point in time in the script. Just this movie had really bad writing and it killed it for me.

If you want to be mad at someone for the lack of LGBT content in superhero movies, blame China. Its box office is becoming the largest in the world and executives don’t want to risk losing out on that market by including content that could get the film banned/denied a wide release.

But that's racist though, because you can't criticise bigoted cultures apparently. Or they'll just deny that China has any effect on box office at all.

The Chinese market is shrinking anyway. The audience is tired of the blockbusters shoving in a Chinese token character which is why the last Star Wars movie massively underperformed in the country despite having a prominent Chinese (I think she was Chinese?) character.
