Great, the email I made to email Null a parody version of 'Eminem - Stan' to get my account unbanned was leaked, it's well and truly over for me.

Unfortunately he didn't appreciate it...

When I heard about this I got all excited over my remarkably obscure Taiwanese-only impossible-to-social-engineer permanent email address getting dumped so I could shitpost a bunch about how evil China is, only to find it wasn't even in the leak at all! When's round two?

My only issues with your suggestions - PIA is located in the US and there is strong evidence to support every VPN in the US being served a national security letter. Also, keepass is free, open source, and works on fucking everything.

If

you want the parsed data in JSON or CSV hit me up, was gonna do this but im too lazy. Make sure you email the results and not print on screen / return from api

Thanks for the offer. I've already parsed them - and I'm working on the UI now. You're right, a clever solution would be to *only* send the affected users data to the one retained one the site, and not offer it up for everyone. Thanks for that, I hadn't thought of that.

Damn, do you have the most on there? Do you do a lot of mobile browsing while roaming or something?

Guys help, I'm scared. They used my email leaked to hack my Club Penguin and a smelly looking guy came to my house and talked to mom about being a meanie on the internet and I'm grounded for two weeks without Nintendo Labo. :( How do I hack the internet to get my Club Penguin back?
My condolences to people who did use their actual emails. Should have heed the big, bolded warning about not doing that when signing up...
Not gonna lose sleep over this. The thread I post the most on is SecretGamerGirl's and God knows that beautiful mermaid gnome princess is not gonna get out of the attic to do anything even if he had the identity of everyone who posted there. :story:

>every website will be compromised
At least null tells us this. When go fund me got hacked and a bunch of my accounts got compromised they didn’t tell me till months later

Even though the site takes up more of Null's time, resources, and aggravation as time passes, it seems to make him that more determined to keep it up and running. :achievement:

And quite frankly, he's far more forthcoming about site issues and this specific breach than commercial sites are with theirs. The last two commercial breaches that affected me resulted in one site not notifying anyone about what happened (resulting in me being told after the fact by my bank) and the other site being dismissive and simply encouraging everyone to simply change their passwords with no other useful information or details -- once again leaving affected users having to learn more on their own after the fact.
