But the server is basically empty and no rp'ing is happening. I stayed because you promised to make things better but nothing is happening.

How servers work in RP: You make a character, get approved by staff, THEN you get to see the RP sections.
that's how MOST servers are set up.

getting upset that you don't get to see the rp areas right away is kind of unfair .
