Art is creative expression. Copying out the little doodles you saw on the disney channel might be a fun little hobby, and it might hone a practical skill that could go into creating visual art, but it's not "art" any more than casting out an industry-standard steel girder or drunkenly belting out "Kiss from a Rose" at karaoke night is art.

Again, you aren't drawing hand free without construction shapes/lines, making the end product look extremely ugly, disproportionate and featuring very interesting positioning of various parts.
Just look at the eyes, all the times are placed too high, with the one in the final drawing being the worst offender both in asimmetry and positioning

Look up "FINDOM." and there's more than just me that have done that. it's not illegal and considered a Fetish because no penetration happened.
And I'm the one who called the police on that "So called murder investigation." We also do not have a back door and I can provide proof of that with a search of the house. that investigation was deemed a lie by Police and I haven't heard about it since.
The Term is called "Cock and balls torture." and it's all over the websites including Fetlife. If it was illegal, they'd be taking the videos down.
