So, from looking around her reddit history and some username googling this is the best summary I've been able to gather:
She seems to be 32 and have a legitimate genetic issue associated with limited comprehension and has been diagnosed bipolar and schizoaffective, maybe autistic.
She moved away from her family years ago because her grandmother who was raising her died and her mom (who seems to have the same genetic issue) and stepdad and she couldn't get along.
She pretty much stays home and online roleplaying. In 2019/2020 she got banned from the game she was playing on because she was starting drama and impersonated a staff member.
In response she blew up on some old Disney forum arguing back and forth with people from the game and started trying to say her mom had been impersonating her and they should blame her parents for what she did and she shouldn't be banned. She started spiraling and said she was the descendant of Hitler and Princess Anastasia. People kept telling her to get help (and they did insult her a lot admittedly, but it was back and forth). Eventually she had a psychotic episode that there were spy cams in her lights and called a bomb threat saying her parents (who didn't seem to be involved until then) had a bomb and they got SWATted. She also called 911 and said she was being held hostage and got taken into a mental facility, diagnosed for her schizophrenia and medicated.
She got out but went back online posting stuff about being Wonder Woman and accusing her parents of hacking her computer and sending them nonstop emails and voicemails saying she was leading 4chan/anonymous/trolls. Her stepdad posted some videos documenting the harassment and also poking back at her and there was some question because of something she said if she had been involved in driving someone who lived with her to suicide by bullying.
Stepdad and mom disowned her, stopped posting and stopped responding when they realized she was lying about having internet connections that could hack them.
Since then it seems like she just constantly posts this stuff like she's being actively harassed but the only thing I can see are responses to her posts and one blog that was reposting her crazier stuff on here and Facebook and refuting it.
In the meantime she's also accused a few artists of stealing from her and trying to get them to credit her for their stuff and accused at least one of them of being her mom.
She also went over to Kiwifarms and got made fun of because it's kiwifarms
Just here recently she's been posting on her Facebook about being in full control of Facebook and trying to get "Europe" to negotiate with her as a white house representative because she got an update email from her EBT app and she thinks that means she's in direct contact with the government.
TL;DR : she's mentally impaired, feels she was neglected with her family and moved away. Got banned from a game and lost all her friends and she wants it to be her parent's fault for not being a better parent, and is in the middle of a schizophrenic episode and refusing to get help because she has medication. Edit: it also looks like she's been taken back in for mental help a few times, usually around the holidays for doing the same stuff ever since 2020
