A pedophile is someone who's attracted to kids. A lolicon is someone who jerks off to cartoon depictions of kids. For someone to be able to get a hard-on to cartoon depictions of kids, they'd have to be attracted to kids in the first place.
It's that fucking simple man, you're making it more complicated than it needs to be.

Just because a lolicon doesn't watch CSAM doesn't make them not a pedo. They know they can get into trouble if they watch that stuff, so they use loli as a substitute. If CSAM was legal, I bet most lolicons would be consuming that shit.

Surely you can lend some sense of authority to your claims by showcasing something highly technical/specific that would lend credence to your story of being adjacent to super hackers.

So police are just going around seizing phones for no reason? They wouldn't arrest somebody solely for jacking it to drawings. It's a legal grey area but they don't want to risk setting a precedent that lolicon is okay, when it's far better to augment a CP case with the lolicon.

No, what usually happens is someone (internet vigilante or not), reports a lolicon as if they were a pedophile. Then they have to examine it, find nothing they want to action (I don't know this for a fact, but feds probably don't want to try someone for drawings alone because the law might be unconstitutional)
