Debat user @Maeis on lolicon, discord ERP, and the age of consent

Also, I wanted to edit this in, but I want people to definitely see it, so I'll double post (Ninja'd, someone else posted.) I help in an indirect way to getting people put in prison for decades. They are pedophiles, they deserve every second of that. Lolicons do not. That is where the disconnect comes from and how people like to group the two. To me, decades in prison is worse than a bullet. So, I'd really rather devote the "thought space" to people who actually 100% deserve being in a cage.

(Obviously, if a lolicon offends in real life, he gets "upgraded" to a pedophile in my mind.)

I'm not naive enough to think that lolicons can't evolve into real life pedos, but I think the kind of mind that's capable of that was fucked up to begin with. There's a special kind of evil there that the average person (or even a lolicon, although yes the risk is greater than a normie) can't make themselves comfortable with.

It is a known fact that lolicon artwork uses CSAM and actual children as references in the material produced. People that enjoy lolicon/shotacon artwork and label themselves as lolicon/shotacon are pedophiles.
Elves/Goblins/Whatnot that are based off of petite adult women and are portrayed as adults are not lolis, they are and should be labeled as "shortstacks". Anyone labeling such characters as loli should have their hard drive checked.

Also, what I'm considering lolicon would be like teenage minors, not literal five year olds. Even I can't lolbertarian my way there.

I do not actually investigate these phones. I copy evidence, then the Forensics guys do the actual investigations. It's a tiered system, and I thought I explained that in my posts. I talk with the forensics guys because I work with them, hence what I said about them being frustrated with it.
 
Also like, I would think dating a fifteen year old girl would be unforgivable, hence why a depicted 15 year old loli would be pretty gross. But 15 year olds can't be lolis?

You are ABSOLUTELY BRAINDEAD.
Lolicon is a broad category that includes children or childlike characters aged 1-99999+, with the caveat that they absolutely have to look prepubescent or be short and petite.
Let's take two characters, Asuka (Evangaleon) and Illya (FATE). Asuka is a teenage girl, and is not a loli. To an actual lolicon, she is past her prime. She also isn't legal.
Ilya is a loli, as she looks like a little girl and for the most part is a little girl. Due to magic shenanigans she is stuck like that and cannot age. While legal on a technicallity, as she is an adult, it is still fucked if you are genuinely just attracted to her body, as she does not age past that point and will be stuck like that forever.
Now you take Illya, make her an actual ten year old, then things become significantly more fucked. Insert FATE/Prisma Illya where they rip out the fantastical elements to her appearance and just portray her as a kid. If you are attracted to that you need to bite a bullet.
