Sadly, he seems to be too dumb AND insecure to realize this. I don't even know if he's got a planned future or if he plans to hang himself the moment he gets irreversible wrinkles. When I asked what he wants to be doing in 10 years, I meant it.

I am actually begging you, please do not have children anytime in the next several years, you are mentally a manchild and cannot raise a kid.

I can tell you exactly what will happen. You might be able to convince some sucker to have a kid with you, but you clearly are unable to support a family or raise a child. She'll leave you and take the kid with her.

You'll become a deadbeat dad who'll see their kid maybe twice growing up. You'll end up getting fat and greasy, constantly telling people how great you used to look as you age into your 30s and 40s. There are so many people like this in trailer parks across the U.S.

The purpose of children is simultaneously selfish in that it's so somebody who isn't an immigrant can wipe your ass when you're old and also selfless in that you are investing in the perpetuation of your lineage.
I suspect your pursuit of a family ideal is a reflection of your mental dysmorphia, much like how you shoving shit into your veins is spawning an offspring would be equally destructive.
