Thats what these people dont understand, exercising and eating well literally makes you feel good physically and mentally/emotionally. At least half the reason she feels shitty is her body is doing things in response to her lifestyle and those things make her mind feel shitty. Put down the fork and go for an hour walk every day. Longer if you can. Within a month you will be amazed how much better you feel about everythingSeriously get your fat ass up off the couch, stop eating so much, stop feeling miserable about yourself and have some god damned fun for heavens sake.
If you want to be a man fine but stop being a fucking fat ass you can go a week without eating and it would probably do your body some good.
