Baby spice still looks good for her age. Ginger has a rocking body but her face doesn't suit being so thin. The one who has aged the best is Scary spice because black don crack.

Posh spice has had surgery up the wazoo and I never saw the appeal even back then. Sporty spice looked like a rough little slag back in the day and i bet she was filth in the bedroom. Nowadays Baby would be wifey material.

She has these platinum blonde features I've only seen in English and Australian women. She reminds me a bit of the blonde beauty from Mad Max the Road Warrior. I will also say in my defense that I do not think op chose the very best pictures of her. If better puctures were used, she would have a better showing.
I still hate the "music,"--I can scarcely imagine sime vapid wedding reception or bachelorette party taking place without "Wannabe" being on the setlist. I would probably hate her as a person as well, but her physiognomy is very allurihg. I do prefer fairer skin on blondes, think Amanda Seyfried or Priscilla Barnes back in the day.

Baby's the only one who looks like she's aged well. Posh back in the day looked like a very pretty lady.
 
In car terms, the range rover posh designed looked nice and has aged well but ginger is shagging the boss of red bull F1 team so that's a draw or slightly in favour of posh.
Considering how they've aged I'd go with ginger.

It's a little hard to see her face in that image but Posh looks good still. Sporty is the only one I ranked below Ginger, she's way too lined up.

Ginger looks better than I figured at first in the other images you posted so her position above Sporty is reaffirmed. Baby Spice still looks young, the rest are varying degrees of "I'm a man and they're attractive for their age so I'd do them", but Baby Spice is just straight up still hot.
